Absolutely great experience! My wife and I were greeted in the parking lot by Lauren Houghton as soon as we pulled up. She did not waste our time at all - super friendly and made sure we were comfortable our entire visit. We test drove two vehicles and although the trim that we were interested in was not available, she went above and beyond to get the exact car we wanted. I highly recommend Team Toyota and Lauren Houghton! And as an added bonus, I have been getting my previous Toyota serviced here for years and they never disappoint. My boyfriend and I went to look at cars for myself. Anyways we were greeted by this wonderful young man by the name of Jake. He ended up selling us 2 vehicles that day and we made a long time friend. Jake is an awesome car dealer with honest values! He cares about his customers. If we ever want to trade in or buy another Jake will be our first stop. Team Toyota is very fortunate to have such an amazing young man working for them.

The car I came to look at was listed as having no prior accidents but when I opened up the trunk prior to test driving, I could see the repair handy work. It looked like the right rear wheel was smacked in and they fixed it with gorilla glue and bondo. The locks didn't work so even when you activated the locks from inside manually or outside with the key, the car didn't lock. Plus the inside was DIRTY like it hadn't got detailed before they put it on the lot. Needless to say, I shopped elsewhere.

I recently just bought a Corolla 2019 XSE on November 1st from Said Muhammad. My family has already bought 2 cars prior to mine from him and I knew I would be in good hands especially this being my first car! He told and showed me how the car works espically when it came to the technology part along with the safety feature! Mr. Muhammad was very patient and helpful! Working with Said was one of the easiest experience I have ever had buying a car. It was like talking to an old friend that liked cars. He was polite and knowledgeable, he followed thru on everything he said he would do as if I was his only priority. During the purchase he arranged for me to drop off my car and have it detailed while the dealership provided a loaner. In addition the fact that I can wash my car everyday at the dealership and the service center is open 6 days a week for my 2 year included oil change made the decision to buy a Toyota at Team Toyota easier then I could have imagined.

Brought in my 2011 Toyota Camry for an oil change and was received with a smile and the utmost professionalism. The oil change was done fast and it included a free car wash that was on premisses. My service advisor was Craig and he made sure that I understood every single detail on the multipoint inspection as well. I won't take my car anywhere else. Thanks guys!

They practice bait and switch and will lowball you on your trade. Told me I could have a better model for same price as the cheaper car that they just sold.... lies. I wasted my time going there. I won t go back. There are better Toyota dealerships out there. You have been warned

When you go, ask for Amyla. She was the best and helped me close on a 2021 Corolla! The whole staff was accommodating. This was my first time shopping with Toyota and it went better than I thought it would. I love my new car and can t wait to be a long term customer with them.

First time at service was awesome ... returned phone calls and kept us up to date... second time bringing car to get fixed ...it was repaired but still the car was not running right and they pretty much accused of us of lying.. in a nice way... and they never called us back after multiple times of calling them...strange how I never had any trouble the first time ... first time I dropped 6 grand in getting it fixed and this time $600...I was very offended... at least they could have called us back rather than to avoid at least three message left with no returned calls...

Heard from a friend to go check out Toyota's. Was greeted at the door by Kevin L. He was extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. Showed me the truck and car I wanted to see and had very well detailed answers for every question I threw at him. In the end, I liked the Toyota better than some other cars I was looking at. With the quality of the car and the awesome service from Kevin, I walked out of there with a new car. The only reason I gave it a four was because the finance people made a very big blunder that reflected very negatively on me. Besides the finance department messing up, Kevin and the rest of the staff at Team Toyota were super sweet.

Jake and Moose were my salespeople and they were great! I set up an appointment in advance, and they had the exact vehicle I wanted to test drive ready for me. Jake was also able to price match a quote I received from another dealership. Furthermore, the vehicle with the exact exterior/interior color and features that I wanted was at a dealership 75 miles away. Moose went to pick it up Friday afternoon, so I could pick it up the next morning. We also filled out most of the paperwork on Friday for a streamlined pickup the next morning. Jake has also been proactive in scheduling all of the required servicing appointments for me.

Great service, they really take care of you, I bought an extended warranty package for my used car in 2017 and I'm so glad I did. My car was fixed and I got a rental for the whole weekend. Now I want to buy the rental car! LOL

I purchased a new Rav4 less than two weeks ago at Team Toyota. I was very impressed with my sales person, Matt Wozniak, who was very knowledgeable about the car. They happened to have exactly what I was looking for on the lot (even the color I wanted) and I made the purchase. I have owned Toyotas since 1989 and never had a bad car.

Came out to Team Toyota because one of my relatives has received multiple vehicles from Amelia and recently from Amyla Wooden . I was not to sure what I wanted and Amyla gave me two options and was very persistent. I then fell in love with my 2020 highlander . She was very professional and patient . The communication was awesome between Amelia and Amyla . I will continue to send my family and friends to the best women in town . They were a incredible team .

What kind of dealer would send a customer on a test ride with an empty tank and refuse to give customer key to car? He said this was necessary because we would not let the salesman ride along. This is the first and last time I will walk in this dealer. Sorry folks, I would prefer to spend my money elsewhere.

Tina Alaniz is a exceptional saleswoman at this dealership. Went through CarGurus and her Professionalism impressed me to the point that I wanted to buy a car from her. I flew to Chicago Lyft to her dealership in Indiana and bought her car at a great price and drove the car all way back to Washington DC.

The service department has changed out its staff almost entirely in recent years and while the current service advisors are pretty knowledgable, I felt greater customer appreciation from the previous service advisors than I do from the current ones.

I don't have a single positive thing to say about the sales department. Only buy a car from this dealer if you're prepared to spend more than you are budgeting and possibly drive off the lot with a different car than you want.

A week ago I was solicited by Team Toyota about trading in my Camry. I explained how I didn't think that was possible because I still owe money on my car and I need to upgrade my vehicle (to a larger one) without increasing the monthly payment. Toyota was offering $3000 above Kelly Blue Book, so this was the time to come in (says Tina, one of the sales managers).

I come in for my scheduled appraisal of my vehicle (Tina is not there) and I am told by Maurice and Bob (sales manager) that my vehicle is worth $4000-$6000....so with the current deal, they can wipe out my care loan for me. Yay! Awesome.

In the coming days, I had Rick (another sales manager) and Tina both call to get me to come in and trade in my vehicle. I explain that I am looking for a Sienna and what $$ I can afford each month. "No problem" they say... I even offer to trade my husband's Chevy Sonic in for a new car because the deal is so good.

We go in this past Tuesday for our SCHEDULED appointment and no one has any knowledge of us coming in. A sales associate started to help us, but then told me that it wasn't possible for my loan to be paid off in full (even though that was promised right from the start) and I wouldn't be able to upgrade to a Sienna unless I wanted to double my monthly payment. He read in his notes that I wanted to upgrade to another used Camry.

In this situation, the sales department told me what I wanted to hear to get in the door. They had ZERO respect for my time and zero respect for what I was looking for in a car. They have lost all of our future business.

Went there to look at 2 cars, was told they were sold, then tried to get me to look at more expensive car. Got a call days later to come look at car I originally wanted to see

I had a really short turn around and a fairly limited budget to buy a car with. This Toyata dealership had a lot of great options for me to look at and I was able to find the perfect car for me that day. The staff was all extremely helpful and transparent and I never felt like I was being sold something instead of them trying to find the right car for me. Ask for Riley if you stop in! He made the whole experience a breeze and will take great care of you!

Went in for a oil change change that is covered under warranty and is free of charge. I got told I was in desperate need of a alignment. My car is 2 years old barely has 10k miles on it. It has perfect tread wear on the tires I'm told. So what makes it in desperate need of a $149 alignment

The customer service at Toyota provided quality service. They explained what the problem with my car was, what the cost will be to fix it, and how long it will take to fix the car. They were very nice and answered all of the questions I had for them. The staff was well informed about all of the policies and procedures of their company as well as the service shop. Got a great deal on a used Highlander. There was an error in the online posting, but the GM honored what was advertised which was much appreciated. Amyla was lovely and very helpful. Good communication from the start. So far, very happy with the purchase and service.

Service was great! I arrived twenty minutes before my appointment time. I had an oil change, tire rotation and multi-inspection and I was all wrapped up and done within about 20 minutes. The inside was kept clean and the staff was friendly. They have a great lounge to pass the time (although in my case I was barely there long enough to sit).

I had a very plesent and professional visit at Team Toyota today. JAMIE took care of everything with my vehicle and made sure everything was safe with it before i left. As a matter of fact my last 2 visits i had JAMIE for my representative and she does a very outstanding job !

My husband and I both came in for service on our Toyota Avalon, we were promptly greeted by Paula (advisor) who was very professional and courteous. After we informed her on what we needed she promptly wrote the service order, assisted in finding comfortable seating in the service waiting area. After the technician checked our car she returned and informed us of additional service our vehicle needed. The service we requested was performed in a very timely manner. We give Team Toyota and Paula a five star rating.

I've had service with Team Toyota twice for significant repairs. The service is great starting Dan and Juan who are service advisors. Both were helpful, friendly, and gave me good prices. I would recommend if you have a Toyota to get it serviced there as they do a great job!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated on 12/19. Today 12/20 I had to return because of two large oil spots in my driveway. After calling Larry and letting him know that I was leaking oil he told me to bring my 2015 Camry back to Team Toyota. I checked before leaving and the oil was 1/4 to 1/2 quart low. Upon getting to the dealership Jennifer put all the information in the computer and took my car right back to be looked at. It turns out the oil plug was not tightened. They apologized and she gave me two free car washes. You gave me two free car washes for almost causing thousands of dollars in damage to my car?? All I can say is I hope it is fixed!!! I am a very unhappy customer!!!!

Sales person Amyla was awesome! Got my truck that I wanted with her great help. Also, I serviced the truck yesterday and Damien was very nice and explained everything to me. He said it will take 2 hrs and that is what I waited... not a minute more! Coming back to get my hubby his dream car soon!

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Team Toyota in the last two years and will continue to buy and recommend others to purchase from Team Toyota. Their service department is top notch. Unlike other dealers, there has NEVER been an instance where repair was needed on any of my vehicles (including vehicles not purchased from Team Toyota) that the Service Department didn't get me in as soon as they can and fixed the problem. First off, I met Mr. Craig Bishop in the Service Dept. who was very polite and professional in helping me get my truck set up for service.
I had purchased the truck from your dealership in December (that experience was great as well!), and I needed a tire repaired. That led me to the Parts Dept. where I met Jose Montanez. This man treated me like my best friend. I thought other employees treated me well, Jose and I hit it off from the start! Both of us talked about being military veterans (I'm Navy), and soon we were talking about family, jobs, and of course parts!
So I ended up purchasing 4 new tires and 4 new wheels, which I had been contemplating buying before I even came to the dealership. Jose made the decision to buy easy! I also want to thank the young man who actually did all the work in switching out my tires. Jose said he was very good and I agree. He did a fantastic job! Lastly, Mr. Bishop stood by my door as I got in to drive out like he was seeing me out of his house. I thought that was very cool and added to the whole experience. I look forward to doing business with you all in the future.

Tyler Morgan was our sales guy and he was beyond amazing. I work in a sales department and I honestly can't stand high pressure sales tactics. Tyler was easy going, fun to talk to, & answered any and all questions I had. He wasn't afraid to tell me if he needed to reach out for certain answers. His honesty and transparency went a long way with me. The finance department was a little different and slightly uncomfortable by how rushed it was. I didn't feel like I fully understood exactly what I was signing while I was signing it, but that's on me for going with the flow. In the end, I drove 2 hours twice to get a particular vehicle and it was completely worth it.

TOYOTA TEAM SERVICE EXPERIENCES
I had my brakes fixed at Team Toyota in the beginning of last year. As fixing the brakes took time I got a lift back home and contacted after the car was ready and another lift back to Toyota service. Good service! I was promised a voucher of 25 $ and got some papers for it with the bill copy. When I checked the voucher it was already expired. Fair play would be to give a clear and solid voucher or store the sum for next service. My mistake maybe.
Second time I took my RAV4 to annual service for maybe an oil change and else. I was suggested recycling of tyres although I told I have driven only about 3000 miles and it's not needed. As the advisor told it is the recommendation and thought it would not cost a lot I accepted the recycle. The service bill was about 350 $ and the best part of it consisted of recycling the tyres and balancing them after the procedure. Oil change was not made and not mush more else than renewing some filters. As I would expect Toyota personnel giving me good professional advice I feel that I have been made to to pay unnecessary costs of unnecessary service. The legal part is sound on Toyota Team's side but the moral part is not. I can be fooled once but not twice and as I feel I cannot trust you anymore I'm not coming back. So please do not send any sales promotional letters to me. You'll make a little more money out of me with that too!

I had a very good experience with Team Toyota. Rick Gonnella helped me. He was patient, letting me try and test drive a variety of vehicles. He worked with me on my timing. He was never pushy. He got me the vehicle I wanted and I paid a very fair price for it. Amelia in financing was also pleasant. The guys in parts and service were also helpful in getting my cargo liner installed. I'm a happy RAV4 owner.

Amyla is the definition of a crook. She lied to me that security etching/theft prevent is a mandatory fee at the dealership for $299. When I did more research I found out it was optional. I then reached out to her about this matter, not once did she apologize and was adamant that s it s mandatory and the etching is in all there cars and every buyer has to pay it! Which was a lie, because I called a bunch of other Toyota dealership and they said it was optional!

I went there for service on my Highlander I received excellent service and recommend them for your Toyota service needs

After checking my Highlander, it turned out that my vehicle did not even need the recall. So, I was sent on my way with a reminder about upcoming routine maintenance. Team is even offering me a $25 gift certificate as an incentive for posting this review.
