had a 2000 grand am was my first car just had some problems felt like it was a money pit. So I went out looking for another car. Looked at a few other lots and even some mom and pa lots too. But I dont know when I came to toyota lot the gentleman that greated me had a great attitude very friendly and just more welcoming than the last lot didn't feel focred or pushed into look at something I didnt like he heard what I had to say and gave me options based on what I said. Buying a car is a big investment and I wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted From when I got my first car it took all day and a half to sign and do the paper work and was dreading that point when getting my new car but to my surprise it was only a fraction of that time. But dont take it from me go and check them out ask for a gentleman named jimmy he took good care of me when I was there and I even had my brother and my mom got cars from him. But thank Jimmy be sure to look you up when I am in the market again.

Jimmy is an absolute scum bag. He was very rude and inconsiderate. Completely unprofessional. I will never be returning to team Toyota.

Excellent team, amazing people! I just purchased a 2020 Toyota Rav4 from Rick at Team Toyota in Schererville. This is my first experience with this dealership and my first Toyota. Rick was so great to work with. I didn't feel pressured or rushed and everything went smoothly. I was shopping for a new car for my oldest son and just wanted to say a few words about my experience at Team Toyota and my salesperson Michael Sockel.
My son is on a limited income but really needed a new car to get him from Point A to Point B, he does not drive much to work but a dependebale car was a must.
I spoke with the salesperson and gave him my particulars and was so happy with not only his rapport with myself but with his great care he took with my son from start to finish. I love his new car( new to him) at least. Cannot wait to go back to Michael for myself.

I got the first car of my life from Team Toyota.

I was searching for a car for a long while. My requirement was to get a reliable car which will last for a long time. One of my friends referred me to try Team Toyota Showrooms and there I got my luck! I found the 1996 Camry LE. Though it is a used one, it is still in great condition. I loved my car.

I should also mention that the people at Team Toyota are very friendly and helpful. I would say I am very satisfied with Team Toyota dealership.

My husband and I have purchased three vehicles from Team Toyota. We receive excellent service from their sales personnel, financial adviser and their service department. All of the staff that we have dealt with were very friendly and helpful.The staff in the service department goes the extra mile to please their customers. I would recommend this dealership to any one.

We had a great experience at Team Toyota getting our highlander serviced. They did an excellent job and answer all the questions we had about our car after the service. The sales people also answered questions we had about new cars in the showroom as we waited for our car to be serviced. We enjoyed the free drinks and popcorn. The free car wash is a great feature as well. We would happily recommend them to anyone wanting their car serviced and will definitely be back!

Words can not explain how blessed i was to purchase my 2017 equinox. First i came in to look at a Buick Encore because i liked it but it wasn t what i was looking for off bat when we pulled up we was greeted and i told Jimmy B (James) what i was looking for so he helped us around, gave us options and never pressured us to purchase anything unless we wanted to. His personality is what got us i mean who doesn t love jimmy ?! I was able to trade in my 2007 Malibu with no problem at all. Team Toyota checks on you to make sure everything is going good from emails, texts messages and phone calls here and there they make sure you are enjoying your purchase. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is amazing i am so excited about my purchase.

I have a very bad and bitter experienced with Toyota Schereville. There customer relationship was absolutely worst. I cannot imagine Toyota Schereville staff calling police to harassed me as a customer who bought/purchased from them two (02) new branded vehicle (Toyota sienna 2015 and Toyota Highlander 2016) for expressed/registered my grievances on my Toyota sienna 2015. I can never recommend them to anybody.

Richie was super helpful and got me in a car that wasn't even for sale yet. You gotta play the game but that's expected. In the end I got exactly what I was looking for!
EDIT: They got me! looked at the paperwork and see that I have a $300 charge for theft prevention! But the top of the paper says Limited Warranty and was presented to me as such. No way would I ever pay $300 for a 3 year theft prevention warranty. I declined all optional warranties but there it is! they even handed me the paperwork folded up in an envelope so I wouldn't see it. way to slip that one past me guys.

We had such a great experience with the purchase of a car for our daughter. They were very helpful with helping us find just the right vehicle and in the price bracket that we wanted. Would suggest making Team Toyota your place to purchase all your vehicles.

Even though my appointment took twice as long as expected, Chris was awesome. He checked back with me at least 3 times to offer me a shuttle to take me to run my errands. Great customer service!

I came in after work one evening just to look, never imagined I would drive home that same day with my new Scion xB! The customer service that I received from the moment I walked through the door up until I walked out was exceptional, not to mention the congratulatory emails and calls that I have received since my purchase. I purchased a car 2 days ago. My experience was great until driving the car home. It jerked everytime the gears changed. Mind you not doing so during my test drive. I also noticed my car mats wasn't returned after purchase. I called my salesmen the next day. Still no mats and went to the store no mats. I'm told i have to drive back for a second time besides the purchase date for floor mats. Gas is $3.09 a gallon. I feel im getting a run around. Im already feeling like i purchased a lemon.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2020 corolla night shade. I was assisted by Arnulfo Villar. He is a great person to work with. He gives you honest feedback and I willing to help the best of his abilities. If you are Latino and don't speak English. I recommend you ask for Arnulfo Villar. He is a good young man who seeks to help the Latino community. Would recommend to family and friends.

I stopped in because my truck wasn't running right, and I was having trouble getting it started. Aaron came out right away and checked it out himself. Of course, the truck wouldn't cooperate and seemed to be okay. Aaron listened to my explanation and recommended a fuel injector as well as trying better gas. My truck is running like it is brand new again. The guys in the parts department even gave me great advice on running down the fuel in the tank, putting in the fuel injector and premium gas, and then running through that tank in a week. I felt very comfortable at the dealership and was happy that Aaron gave me a recommendation without suggestion spending a ton of money trying to fix something that had a simple solution. I will definitely be back!

Wow such a great place to purchase or do business with. Since the minute we stepped out of our car, we were greeted with smiles and a sales representative helped us out right away. Justin, greeted us and showed my parents and me to the car we were interested in. Justin was very polite and respectful and answered all my questions to the best of his ability and if he didn t know he searched for it elsewhere. After test driving the Toyota Corolla, Justin asked if we wanted to look into another corolla. He was very honest about this vehicle and pointed out the comparisons to each ones. We sat down and talked, negotiated, and made a deal. He was honest with me and my parents through the whole time, even suggested my dad co-buy. I should have made a review a long time ago. My review is about the service center. I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences here. Not that my cars need to be fixed a lot, I take both our vehicles for regular oil changes here. Also, when we first bought our 4-Runner from a different dealership, my car was pulling to the left, but the alignment was ok, the tires were worn out funky, yet there was still plenty of tread. They aligned my truck so I could keep my tires, but it wouldn t pull anymore. Another time, my husband put in an OEM automatic start, but didn t realize we would need to have an update to the system, they quickly fixed that for us. They are always quick and reliable. They don t push you for things you do not actually need. I drive from LaPorte to this location for my oil changes because the customer service is always top notch. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, but I do have to specifically point out one particular employee, Chris, I think Chris K if I am correct. Even though all the employees are nice, Chris stands out among them all. I will only go in on days he works, because I trust him 100%. He is always nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and remembers customers and their needs. I am in there minimum 8xs a year for regular oil changes between our two cars, and I have never ever seen this guy having a bad day. I would say he needs a promotion, but then we would have to start all over in finding someone we put our trust in. But seriously... this guy needs a promotion. Every company needs a Chris. Don t hesitate to take your car in for service here... very quick, friendly, and professional.

Service is usually good, but the up-sell afterwards is really getting tiresome! I had my oil changed and tires rotated today. I was told that my right and left CV Axle were popping and torn, and that I needed them replaced right away (for the bargain price of $1,176.00) because they could go out at any time and leave me stranded. So, I told them it wasn't in the budget and left. I drove my car in sharp circles in both directions....AND NO POPPING NOISE! Then I called a well respected competitor down the street who quoted me $503.00 for both sides for the identical repairs. I took my car there to be checked and they told me NO REPAIRS WERE NEEDED!

This service dept is like none other. They are kind, friendly, not pushy, don't try to up-sale, keep you informed, and get the job done timely and correctly.
I have dealt with Paula the service rep a couple times and she is knowledgeable, gives the extra effort to make sure you are informed and comfortable with what's happening.
I couldn't ask for a better experience and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Had vibration issue in April, Service Rep I dealt within was Juan//Jose? Did excellent job in reviewing issue and test results. Performed just the work needed and didn't try to sell unnecessary services. Staff, and environment make the service experience pleasant and relaxing. Will return anytime I need wok done.

Its always great when you go into the place that you bought a vehicle from and they treat you as good as they did before you made a costly purchase. It seems as if even before we purchased our brand new vehicle here that we were treated outstanding and every time we return we are treated just the same if not better. The place was spotless and I thought it was going to take longer than it did. But all in all it was great.

I am very impressed by the service I receive at Team Toyota. When I take my car in for service I am instantly welcomed by a service representative. They immediately ask me if there is anything that is causing problems while I am driving my car. Once my car is checked in for my service I am escorted to a very nice waiting area where I can do work or watch TV. The service is always completed by the estimated time they give me when I make the appointment. I always receive follow up communication from Team Toyota the day after the service was completed to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I am impressed with their process for customer service. Outstanding.

Two hour wait very high quote for repair usually they are quicker

Customer service at its best. Everyone is friendly they greet you upon arriving there, and try to help you at what you're looking for. Rafael is one of the best salesman there. I bought two cars from them and I love it. He works around your budget and only shows you car that is around your requirement. Like other salesman, he doesn't try to sell you something to make commission. He is good at what he does, and customer service is very good. I would recommend anyone that is looking for affordable and good vehicle, visit this location.

I had gone in for an oil change for my Rav4 which was in very good condition. They tried to make me change the water pump, flush out etc. I had declined as I wanted to have a 2nd opinion. When I got my car back there was a loud rattling noise under the hood. When I pointed out that their view was that it was the water pump and advised that it should be changed.
Tjree years ago they tried to force me to change the tires when it was in good condition.

Awful, do yourself a favor and buy your car from somewhere else. Test drove a vehicle and was supposed to get the same vehicle, besides color, for the price negotiated and it wasnt even close. I fell for it, my fault, and felt obligated because they brought the car in from another toyota dealer and already had money down that i wasn't promised to get back. I bought my first and last new Toyota. Worst car buying experience i ever had. Do yourself a favor and shop around and don't buy from team toyota on 41, could have got the same vehicle for thousands less. Can't wait until my 3 year LIMITED warranty is up so i can trade it in for something else that isnt a Toyota.

Just bought a CH-R a couple months ago from Team Toyota and absolutely love it! Mark Teramana and Mike Wineman are so knowledgeable and really made me feel like family! They were so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I am a huge Toyota fan and will buy my next vehicle at Team for sure!

Came into service for my Toyota Care maintenance and service was great. Their waiting area was comfortable and clean, the showroom was awesome with the newest cars inside with great specials. Service knocked out my car in 30 minutes or so. Not sure that's how fast it always is but was impressed. Great overall experience.
