This store carries so much cool stuff! Especially if you like a happy, healthy planet :) There are products like beeswax wrap (a substitute for plastic wrap that works almost better), wool dryer balls, and staple-less staplers (which I will definitely be going back for). A bit pricey, but well worth it if you feel bad every time you toss that dryer sheet or plastic wrap into the trash.

Super friendly staff and incredible green products. We bought most of our bedding and towels there. Organic and high quality. They offer great soap making workshops and my wife loves their cosmetics and soaps.
I love the customer service and the quality of goods. The body care making classes are small, fun, and useful. The guys are friendly, welcoming, and helpful for whatever your questions or needs are. This is also a great place to refill your soap exchange products downtown.

Amazing customer service! Ordered the hemp shower curtain online but unfortunately they were out of stock and waiting for a new shipment from their supplier. They took the time to email me and let me know the status of when it would arrive and then were able to express ship it once it was back in stock. I'll definitely be buying from Good Planet again, love their offering!

Can't refund anything, only store credit. I feel stolen from. Never shopping there again. To process refunds you lose no money in inventory, you only lose a bit of admin time. Consider it an expense to make customers like you, and keep a small contingency of money aside to balance the potential income difference across billing periods.
Deodorant is really over priced compared to the competition. 5 dollars + tax more and 2 g less. The return policy is also terrible compared to the competition that allows you to return any of their products within 14 days if it's not working for you. I'm also fairly certain I got less than the amount because it was significantly less full than I would imagine the 2g difference to be. They also charge 5 bucks for a sample when the competition gives samples for free..
Be very sure to check their return policy before buying anything. I tried to return a pillow an hour and a half after I bought it, still in the plastic. They refused, saying that all bedding is final sale. They did not inform me of this when I bought it. Had I known, I would have gotten it somewhere else at half the price.
We of course LOVE The Good Planet as we are housed within their store :) The assortment of products that they offer are not only beautiful and on trend, but are of course eco friendly and safe. The best place for gifts for weddings, babies, and of course Christmas :) We love these guys!!!
Went here for the first time today. What a great store. I wanted to buy everything. Also, I was really appreciative of the high level of service. We had many questions and they were patient and helpful. Will definitely be back.
I love the products offered in here but I can't rate higher because the shopping environment is extremely challenging. They always have a diffuser running with very strongly scented oils, so anyone with sensitivity to fragrance will not be able to shop there. I have mentioned this a few times to staff, but they were not concerned and nothing has changed, so unfortunately I can't shop there. A great little shop but totally unsuitable for anyone with asthma, migraines, or scent-triggered allergies or conditions.
We were disappointed today to find out about a no return policy after being sure to ask for a receipt "just in case anything went wrong." We understand that especially Covid makes returns difficult, but we wish the no returns policy was made clear by the staff at purchase, especially since we were waffling between the two weights. Now we're stuck with a new duvet too warm for our apartment.
I have been looking for a good quality bamboo duvet cover and shams for awhile. During these tough times I have been trying to support my local businesses, unfortunately I was at a loss. A friend told me about Good Planet and off we went. Because of Covid the store had their max of customers already, Phoebe met us at the door and let us know it would be a few minutes wait. She was very pleasant, more importantly I told her what I was shopping for and the colour. She went in the store and brought out exactly what I needed. It was so easy, all I had to do was go in and pay for them. It's the kind of service that makes people feel welcomed and important, it's where I will go back to again and again.
