I was expecting car shopping to be stressful, but my wife and I had a relatively easy time with Team Toyota. Our sales person, Arnie, was polite, knowledgeable and friendly, and things worked smoothly, and I feel we got a fair price. I would definitely buy from here again. The only downside was the finance person was quite pushy about the extended warranties, but we didn't have to interact with her too much.

I ve done business with Team since 1999. I ve owned a 4Runner, Camry Limited Hybrid, and just bought a 2019 Camry Hybrid. Sales Associate Jake was a pleasure to work with. There was a snag in my funds (All my fault), and Jake jumped in and came up with a solution, where many others would have said, Your problem. Call me when you ve solved it. Great people to deal with. BTW, I happen to know that one of the mechanics has been there 35 years!

We had a great experience at Team Toyota with our salesman Rick. He made the process of buying our first new car easy, enjoyable, and pressure free. We are very happy with our new vehicle.

Great dealership! There is always nice, friendly, and professional staff to help you out. Gina took care of me and helped me get the vehicle I wanted. She guided me all the way through from the beginning to the end. Did all the paper work as fast as possible and came out driving my new truck.

My family has been a toyota family for years. I went there and worked with Mike Sockel and he is one of the best humans I have ever worked with. He offered me an amazing deal to buy my car and then a great deal on a brand new lease. He wasn't pushy and told me that he'd still honor the deal even if I went home to think on it. He didn't make me feel like I had to say yes right there and then. I ended up buying a used car at a different dealer. I called him just to let him know and not keep his offer hanging and he was still so kind and supportive. He even told me to stop by if I drove past the dealership and he'd take a look at the car and even get me a car wash for it. He is professional, kind and just a very real person. He doesn't play any sales games. If you go here make sure to ask for him!

Great service from Riley. Everything done from the comfort of my house, he brought the car for a test drive, have a good deal and the next day the car was in my driveway.

Was taking good care of by Justin in sales. Bought a new vehicle and cleaned up and delivered in record time. Also great job on going thru the operation of the vehicle.

Buying a car at Team Toyota was a very positive experience. Said and Devan were very professional and made me feel comfortable while shopping for a car. I was there for hours but I am very indecisive so that was on me, and Said even bought me dinner! Devan knew what I was looking for and man did he deliver. I went here as a first time car buyer and had bought a used vehicle. I worked with Arnie and Tina. He was helpful throughout the entire process. Never was pushy, but rather offered assistance throughout. I would recommend working with them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Im having some repairs done on the vehicle which is covered with warranty and working with the Service desk i have worked with Jennifer she has been helpful and informative and mostly very responsive. Overall experience to date has been great.

I started going here to get my RAV4 serviced (routine maintenance)and always got great service. This last time I went in a nice guy named Jimmy B came to have a talk with me about upgrading my vehicle. It was such a great experience. Jimmy B. was a sweetheart and very helpful made sure I understood everything and got what I needed. I was able to upgrade my vehicle with no problems. Thank you Jimmy for all your help I am so very happy with my new Van.

Sales and finance staff were top notch. It was a pressure free and informative car buying experience. Rick was very kind and patient throughout the whole process from test drive to paperwork signing. I highly recommend Team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Two thumbs way up!!

Took my 2012 Sienna in for a final oil change under Toyota Care. The dealer told us we were not eligible for an oil change since it had not yet been 10,000 miles since our last oil change in September. We were supposed to get an oil change at 5,000, 15,000 and 25,000. But we skipped the 5,000 because our salesman told us to skip it since synthetic oil lasts 10,000 miles. We went at 9,000, 18,000 and wanted to do one last at 24,500, but they said no just because we didn't follow their schedule. (It still equals 3 oil changes under Toyota Care.)

Just moved up from the Indianapolis area and was looking for a Toyota dealer to handle the service on my new RAV4. Called Team Toyota on Hwy 41, set an appointment and had them service my car. The experience was great. Each member of the service team was friendly, professional and courteous. They did an excellent job! Though the $25 incentive is good, I would have given the same positive comments without it. Thanks Bill Edmunds

Justin Akers is the way to go. He made my first time financing a vehicle a breeze. He turned what could have been a stressful purchase into an enjoyable experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have already started suggesting to friends and family to head to Schererville Toyota and ask for Justin when they need a car.

Team Toyota has always been amazing place, I always go there for service but on July 14, 2020, I met a salesman name Jimmy Bressnahan first I received a call from him to see if I was interested in trading in my car we got to talking so I decided to make a trip into the showroom to meet Jimmy it was truly a blessing he walked me through the whole process with all sincerity and I really want to thank him and all of the Team Toyota staff . Keep up the good work Jimmy. I m really excited with my 2020 Rav 4 thanks to Jimmy . You rock . If any one is in the market to buy a new Toyota Jimmy is the man to see . I want to also thank the General Sales Manager Michael Anderson he too was also amazing thanks for all your hard work guys . Keep on being who you both are amazing young and dedicated men .

Team Toyota always helps me out. I needed some nitrogen in my tires and they were super busy and still did it in a timely fashion. I even had some of their complimentary popcorn!!! A+ in my book.

I dealt primarily with Arnie, but everyone else I dealt with was also wonderful. He went above and beyond to getting me the best deal possible on my car, and I ve loved driving it, that s for sure. I brought it back in about a week after getting it to have some work done on it and they ended up needing to keep it for the night, so they gave me a rental car in the interim. Great customer service.

Lauren was awesome but she wasnt my sales rep:( but she was super nice bubbly... they were too busy it felt like .. and I felt like they didn t care bc I wasn t a solid done deal. When I first called the lady I talked to was nice and was talking about how they strive to make it a better experience then any other situation you ve dealt with. How they work with the customer to see what the best option is. So at first I was excited to stop in. When I got there and told the gentleman I was there to see amlya he sighed and explained how she was super busy with 5 customers so he would take me to see mike. I get introduced to mike and he calls for amlya to come up and she greets me. She takes a copy of the Id and all that come back after a while then says she s gonna get the vehicle. Comes back after awhile again. She said she was super busy with other customers and let me test drive alone. Okay thats different but okay I get being busy. But if you are that busy where you cant attend to the one customer there in front of you.. you need more or other sales reps because i explained to the gentleman i could see anyone who was available i just spoke to amiya on the phone.. So anyways I test drive come back she leaves again comes back after a while with paperwork with these extreme numbers and a trade in value super low like worse than rough trade in when my car is in great condition. she asked me what do you want to do? I explain I can t afford what she has written up and I guess Ill take my keys back and she says she gotta talk to the manager and basically gives me keys and says have a good one didn t try to work with me walks to next customer before I even get my coat on. Wasn t the best experience I ve had buying a car. I was kinda disappointed overall. Most of the time I was sitting there alone and I was there for almost 2 hours for nothing. I get being busy just sucks bc I felt like no cared and I felt my value was way under booked. So now I'm looking at a different dealership for a highlander, But every experience is different.. so try it out .. it may be better for you then it was for me. Not to mention when they appraised my car they left my car lights on and headlights on?? Good thing I just replaced the battery in the car!

I had a great experience buying a previously owned car from Team Toyota. Bob G. was my sales person. I saw him about two weeks ago when I was at the dealer looking at their current inventory. However, they did not have what I was looking for. Bob said it would let me know if something came in. No pressure. I got a call from Bob a couple of days ago when the dealership took in the exact car I was looking for on a local trade. Went to the dealer, did a test drive and drove the vehicle home. Wife and I looking to purchase something for our teenager. Came upon a vehicle at Team Toyota in Schererville. Soon as we arrived to check it out Richie greeted us right away. Firm handshake from this young man. Great eye contact and very confident and knowledgeable, which I expect and appreciate. Stepped us through the entire process with the vehicle we chose; communicated very well whenever he needed to step away and returned in the time that he said he would. I was short on time so had to leave before the deal was done, and he went above and beyond accommodating me to assure I had a seamless and effortless experience with the finance dept once I returned the following evening.

I went back to buy a second car from Team Toyota because of they way I was treated the first time. The staff is polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I never felt pressured into buying a car like at some dealerships. I felt very comfortable dealing with them and would definetly go back to them again. I dealt with Traci Brubaker both times and she is a terrific person to work with.

They're always great. They actually remember me each time I come in.
