My husband and I have purchased/traded in all of our vehicles with Team Toyota. We've always been taken care of and our needs always met. Riley Akers is always our go to person. We talked over my needs and what I wanted, traded the car and on the day I picked up the car, I was in and out in 40 minutes with another new Toyota. My experience at Team Toyota was actually surprising. I had a specific Technical Service Bulletin Issue that I had brought to another Toyota Dealership where I had a bit more familiarity. They chose to sweep the condition "under the rug" stating that my vehicle was fine. I have had, and been around Camry's for many years and know the feel to expect of the ride. I new that something was not right. I then brought it to Team Toyota where I was not questioned about my knowledge or the legitimacy of the bulletin. They got my vehicle in and took care of the issue for me. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and was truly treated as a customer. They recognize the importance of a customer's relationship with them. I will no longer go to the other dealership and will continue to work with Team Toyota. Little things make the difference.

I brought my car in for an oil change. Juan Garcia was my service adviser. My oil change was done,along with my multi point inspection. Juan went over everything that was done and answered all questions I had about my service. I was in and out without a hassle. I was very pleased with the service I received from Juan and Team Toyota. I have always been a chevy guy and still am but in 2012 I purchased a Scion tc for my wife. Had been going to another Toyota dealer for service. Needless to say I was excited to see the new dealer opening up on 41. I missed a couple service apt for the car while being outta town for a while I had to do them myself. Fast service and reasonable pricing for a dealership. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was out the door in an hour. I took my Nissan to a dealership in Schererville and it took TWO HOURS with an appointment just to get a quote for a simple service. It'll be time to trade in the Nissan next year and I maybe in for a second Toyota.

FTC-requires I mention I get a gc for leaving a review, which I would have done anyway.

He made an appointment with me to fit my schedule to come in and see him and he set me up with the greatest salesman on earth, Jake Flemming! Very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of leasing my new Tacoma and helped me all the way from the beginning to the end. Waste of time-both their sales AND service departments. Don't bother making an appointment because it's useless-you will still wait 2 hours for an oil change.

I called to schedule to see a RAV4 yesterday morning, and was told I would get a call back in about 5 minutes because the rep was with a customer which is fine. I called them back in about 45 minutes after not hearing anything and made an appointment to see the car which was listed online. Upon arriving after a 45 minute drive, I was told the car sold the night before and was then immediately offered other more expensive options to view. Not much of an apology or explanation...just right into other cars that were available. We just left. It would have been nice to have been told the car was sold when I called to schedule the appointment. If I can't be given that courtesy, why would I want to do business there? Funny thing is that my wife predicted they wouldn't have the car and try offer other more expensive options after I first called, didn't get a call back and had to call them. Always listen to the wife.

I had a very awesome experience at Team Toyota. My salesperson Amyla was very knowledgeable and informative about the Toyota Camry. After test driving the Camry I was sold. They did not have the color that I was looking for. So Amyla searched for the color and features that I was looking for and a few days later I was driving on in my new Camry. This week my wife and I purchased a new tacoma from Team Toyota in Schererville. The overall experience was fantastic!

Jake Fleming was very helpful with taking us for a ride in the truck we had in mind and going over some of the features of the vehicle, and throughout the whole process in general.

When discussing and negotiating price, Jake and his manager Ike were both very professional. We came in with a very demanding price-point due to our budget and these gentlemen did everything they could to get the price as close as possible to our figure. In the end we came out very happy with the agreed-to price.

The entire process did take quite a while, but we all did have to work as a group to get the price and payments to levels that we were comfortable with. We weren't going to make a quick decision and they were respectful of that.

During the whole process I never once picked up on even the slightest notion of rudeness or frustration from these gentlemen. They genuinely wanted to do everything they could to get us what we wanted.

I can't yet comment on the service of their maintenance division, as I have no experience with their service department, but I've heard great things from my immediate family members. Based on how we were treated during the buying experience, it has already given me confidence in returning for service/maintenance.

My family has history with buying vehicles from Team Toyota on 41, but this was my first time. Based on this experience, I have a strong feeling that it won't be my last time either!

I can't reccomend Riley Akers at Team Toyota enough. He made the car buying process smooth and painless. Get out and see him!

Amyla worked with me and was able to stay in my budget. Her GM gave me a fair trade in price which was a little more than the Kelly bluebook value so I was extremely appreciative. Amyla even had games to keep my kids occupied. Overall I had a great experience.

I have worked with Team Toyota for more than a decade. I have worked with other car dealerships over the years, even other Toyota dealerships. I learned years ago that the Toyota product was the best I have ever found, so the question became simply which dealership to patronize. I had some dealings with other Toyota dealerships but was unhappy with the results, so I shopped until I found this Team Toyota. I have been with them ever since. I discovered that there was a perfect blend of an excellent product and excellent service. Over the years, I have purchased a number of vehicles and have been satisfied each time. However, I am writing this review because of a recent situation with my daughter that demonstrates perfectly the high quality of service I have come to expect from TT.

I leased a Corolla for my daughter about three years ago. She lives in Iowa and I paid the car's expenses - monthly payments, insurance, license plates, etc. The lease expired last December and my daughter decided that she wanted to purchase the vehicle. However, since she lived in Iowa and I was paying the bills for the car, it would be difficult for her to purchase the vehicle in her name. She also had had a bankruptcy in her past, so it would be even more difficult for her. I didn't think that there would be a positive resolution for her, but I thought I would try.

First, I talked to my long-time sales rep. Milo Samardzija, the person who has sold me all of my vehicles since I first began shopping at TT. Milo has always been a consummate professional, has treated me fairly and has often gone out of his way to help me learn how to use a newly-purchased vehicle. Over the years, we have become friends and I knew that I could trust whatever he told me. I was more than surprised that he was positive about the whole thing. He recommended that I talk first with the manager and he continued to work with me through the entire process.

On Milo's advice, I talked with the manager, Jason Akers. I have known Jason for as long as I have been dealing with TT, so I had no qualms working with him. I needed to know if he would give my daughter permission to apply for her car purchase, given that she lives out of the state and has had financial issues. It would require his permission to even begin. Jason, having known me for several years, took my word on my daughter's ability to maintain a sales contract, and he agreed to allow her to apply. He did not have to do this, but he believes strongly in helping people, not just in pushing sales. I have always had much respect for him and I was not surprised that he supported me.

So, my daughter applied for permission to purchase the vehicle. To do so, she had to be assigned a financial agent to oversee the process. Tim Thorn agreed to help us. I did not know Tim, so I did not know what to expect. I soon discovered, though, that he was of the same positive attitude as Milo and Jason. He worked personally with my daughter and created a contract for purchase with a low monthly payment, much better than I had expected!!

The bottom line is that my daughter is extremely happy with the result. Neither I nor she really expected this to happen. However, with the professionalism and regard for clients that I have always encountered when I have worked with TT, both my daughter and I are extremely happy. Milo, Jason, and Tim have allowed my daughter to begin again and she is doing quite well. All three of these folks have made it possible for her to begin the process for establishing a credit rating.

Well, the faith that I have had in TT from the time that I purchased my first vehicle from them has been greatly strengthened and I will not work with anyone else. My thanks go to Milo (who has been with me from the start), Jason (who has also been with me from the start), and Mike (new to me, but not any more!). Thanks, Guys, for making a difference in my daughter's life.

I want to personally thank Chris K. for his knowledgeable and kind professionalism. I trusted him from the first time I talked with him on the phone. This guy knows what he's talking about. In the future, I'll ask for him by name. If he tells me I need something on my vehicle, I'll take his advice because he can be trusted. And I thank the mechanic too who worked on my vehicle, which, unfortunately, was misdiagnosed in Rapid City, South Dakota. The problem was quicy and accurately diagnosed by this team in Schererville and I'm very very happy with the results! I've been to four different Toyota dealerships, three in Indiana and one in South Dakota, and this team is the best! I appreciate your hard work Chris, and the mechanic who worked on my car all day on Saturday!! Thank you and many blessings to you both! The next Toyota I buy will be from you guys! See you soon.

Spent the afternoon with the Team in Schererville, In. this past Saturday.
Everyone was wonderful to me! I have to use a walker and was a bit hesitant about
bringing the car in for a check up. I was met in the car by a nice young man, who helped me right away. Even though it was a Saturday and everyone seemed to be
very busy. He took his time with me. When I saw all the doors I would have to go
through with the walker, I thought I would have a really hard time. It was wonderful
to be treated so nice! I did not have to struggle with opening any doors. They ,the team was right there every time I needed them. And at the end of the day, the nice
gentleman, even put my walker in the car for me! Thank you Team Toyota! GREAT

I had two interviews with this dealership in the beginning of January. The first interview was with Greg, the service manager. During the interview we were interupted on three separate times which in my opinion is very unprofessional. At the end of the interview he said he would give me a call but never did. I called myself and got myself a second interview with the General Manager (Jason). We talked for awhile and he told me he would call me the next day wether I got the job or not. I waited a few days and I called myself and was told by his assistant to be patient and I would get a courtesy call either way. I never did receive that call. If I wasn't right for the job at least have the courage to tell me. Extremely tacky and unprofessional...

Timely Service | Transparent Communication | Exceptional Experience

This is a bit of a different review as I didn't purchase a vehicle from Team Toyota but instead purchased a vehicle from a neighboring competitor after getting input from Team Toyota.

So you are asking - Why the review of Team Toyota?

Being an out of state customer I had found a vehicle (2016 Toyota Highlander) at a dealership near to Team Toyota. Wanting to ensure that the car was as advertised, I reached out to the service team at Team Toyota to see if they would inspect the vehicle.

I was directed over the phone to Juan Garcia and was politely informed that they could provide a thorough mechanical inspection of the vehicle at a reasonable price. I was able to set up a tentative appointment for the inspection.

Even with some scheduling complications on my part Juan was accommodating with the timeline I had to work from.

Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by a service agent and helped in the process of capturing the vehicle information as Juan was helping another customer.

When Juan was available we discussed my objective and goal of the inspection - look over the vehicle in detail and identify any areas of concern.

The inspection took an hour and afterward I was given a detailed report of the findings.

On top of that Juan walked around the vehicle with me and we discussed the details relevant to consider when making a used car purchase. -providing me with his time and expertise.

This was a huge support to me as I was looking to make an informed decision on this vehicle purchase.

Piece of mind and ZERO buyer's remorse.

As always, Craig is amazing. I had to wait a while which he was aware of and sat down and spoke with me to make time pass. I feel like every time I come for my car to get serviced on, he does something to top the last visit. When I was in 2 weeks ago, he literally wiped tar off my car for over 10 minutes. I bought my 2108 RAV 4 on Dec 8th. I love it. Everyone at Team Toyota was great. I had to buy a new car this past month and Said Mohammed was my sales representative. He worked with me for two days on getting a car I wanted...he was quite patient with me, and a very nice down-to-earth person. I know it is not easy being a car salesman (probably not the right term) and taking that into account, I would say I would defiinitely go back to Said if I needed to buy a new car in the future. But he may have to wait awhile - I just traded in my 2003 Toyota for a 2015 Corolla S! So maybe I will see him in 12 years..... I was supposed to say something at the end I am getting a $25 incentive to use for auto repairs at Toyota or supplies by posting this review...but if I had a bad experience with Said $25 would not be an incentive to give a disingenuous review. Car buying is SO stressful... every where else BUT here! Everyone here was so nice and so welcoming! I had a difficult time making a decision, and came back three separate days! Each day we worked with Kaley Lewis, and never once did she make us feel as if we had to purchase ANY vehicle! In fact, every person there told us over and over again to be sure we knew what we wanted and were ready before we bought any car from any where. Mike Anderson helped us through the financing and asked even at the end, if we were sure this was the right car for us. Kaley could not have been more helpful taking the extra time each day to answer all of our questions and to make sure we felt taken care of and never pressured. I've already told several people to stop wasting their time being pressured into a car that they later regret buying and to just go here! Every one here will do everything they can to make sure you only buy what you want to buy, and that you absolutely LOVE what you get!

I went to Toyota to get a Toyota but I ended up getting a pretty near brand new Dodge Ram Pick-up at an unbelievable price. My sales person was very helpful, patient and informative. Am ready to sign settled my credit was thumps up.got a hand shakes.something tells me to double check again the car.I go outside look up in down the car n underneath.I saw a few more dusts of rusts n d dent on passenger side front fender.meanwhile inside the dealership my mom asked if the car was pre-certification. And it wasn't due to it a new arrival from a rental company it wasn't done yet. Mom said No certification, no DEAL! Mom was an expert she's pro at this.To avoid ALL the hassles.and JAKE FLAMING listened,he was very honest and put me in A Brand-new Toyota Corolla S. W/ only 5miles on it.with same payments as I would pay on a used car. I put down $2,500. $322. Monthly. No extra coverage. Premium insurance from Geico intial fee$137.00 $82 next for 6mos. Mike Anderson in finance was also a great service mgr.he explained extra protection etc. Would recommend both of Mike &A JAKE FLAMING to my friends and family. Just drove off the lot yesterday with a 2015 Rav4 Limited all thanks to our very helpful salesman Riley. He had the car waiting for us, heated, and parked right by the front.
