This is the 4th time I've taken my vehicle for service, and the service has always been excellent. I usually drop off my car first thing, request a completion time, and my car has always been ready as promised -- even if I've had additional items come up. The service Techs always will take the time to explain work that needs to be done or when it's something I don't understand, they take the time to explain the service. I will continue to bring my car here for service.
