I should have made a review a long time ago. My review is about the service center. I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences here. Not that my cars need to be fixed a lot, I take both our vehicles for regular oil changes here. Also, when we first bought our 4-Runner from a different dealership, my car was pulling to the left, but the alignment was ok, the tires were worn out funky, yet there was still plenty of tread. They aligned my truck so I could keep my tires, but it wouldn t pull anymore. Another time, my husband put in an OEM automatic start, but didn t realize we would need to have an update to the system, they quickly fixed that for us. They are always quick and reliable. They don t push you for things you do not actually need. I drive from LaPorte to this location for my oil changes because the customer service is always top notch. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, but I do have to specifically point out one particular employee, Chris, I think Chris K if I am correct. Even though all the employees are nice, Chris stands out among them all. I will only go in on days he works, because I trust him 100%. He is always nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and remembers customers and their needs. I am in there minimum 8xs a year for regular oil changes between our two cars, and I have never ever seen this guy having a bad day. I would say he needs a promotion, but then we would have to start all over in finding someone we put our trust in. But seriously... this guy needs a promotion. Every company needs a Chris. Don t hesitate to take your car in for service here... very quick, friendly, and professional.
