I'm going to have to throw a nope card on this place. I was out shopping for a used car on Saturday with a very limited budget. I stopped in here and was amazed by the experience. I told Wyatt what I was looking for and he collected all my personal information and a good chunk of my free time to finally pull around 1 car. Instead of a used car in my price range, he pulls around a new car, 3 times out of my budget and absolutely nothing I told him I was looking for in a car. I was beyond shocked to have had so much of my time wasted. I told him we were not on the same page, and if he couldn't point me in the direction of the used cars in my budget, I was leaving. He hemmed and hawed about coming back in to sit down and "work something out with his finance guys, and about bang for my buck and so on". Nope, gotta go Wyatt. Then his manager starts calling me trying to get me to come back. I tell him no thanks, and some other things... and hang up on him. He calls a couple more times, and then sends me a text. I tell him to stop contacting me. Great, I was fine to let this awful experience go as I found an amazing used car in my price range at Allan Nott Honda after leaving Taylor Kia. However, this morning, Monday, I get an email stating Taylor Kia ran a credit application and accessed my credit report today, 2 days after I told them to never contact me again. Now I have a hard inquiry from this joke of a business on my report for 2 years. I would not recommend this business to anyone! I would recommend Bryan over at Honda Used cars up on 309, great place to buy a car.
