Absolutely horrible experience!! Found a car onlin...

Absolutely horrible experience!! Found a car online and contacted them immediately. Was told I had a VIP appointment to test drive the car since I was coming from over an hour away. Even called 30 mins before I got there to make sure the car was still there because after reading the reviews I wanted to make sure. Upon arrival no one had any clue where the car was or what appointment I had. Come to find out they sold the car 15 mins before I walked in the door and didn t have the decency to call me to let me know. I was furious and the sales rep that I was dealing with could only say I m sorry about that we just don t have good communication... drove over an hour, rearranged my work schedule all to find out the car they were holding for me for my VIP appointment was gone. Never had such a horrible horrible experience! Never buy a car here or if you do make sure you don t call ahead because they will sell it out from under you. Also they don t even have enough license plates to go around for test drives. One of their salesman got quite disgruntled with another employee because they couldn t find a plate to put on a car for a test drive. Overall never go here it is NOT worth your time!! They even sent a text out after I had left thanking me for my purchase when I wasn t even the one who bought the car!!! Just out of this world awful.. hope I can save anyone else from this kind of treatment. I would give no stars if that was an option.
