Drove from an hour away to look at and test drive a vehicle. Financing already in order! Liked the vehicle itself but the staff was not very knowledgeable about what they have on the lot. Which is fine but then find out, dont make the customers do the work for you. They didn't seem to do any work to get details on the vehicle or want to answer questions.. The place appears to be very messy and unorganized. Trying to get ahold of anyone you have previously worked with or to get a call back is impossible. We offered a lower but very fair price on the vehicle then the listing price Which they did not accept and that's fine but next day they dropped the price by 750 dollars so we tried to contact them again. Then a few days later they dropped the price 1200 more and yet did not call us to see if we were interested. We called exactly a week from the test drive and no one knew anything and tried telling us the vehicle was no longer on the lot, then it was that person isn't available, and lastly when we did get ahold of someone else we told em to forget it. Terrible customer service!!
