Very unhelpful from the buyers perspective, if you are the buyer of a property do not use them

Top class practice. Have been working with them for 20 years and have never been disappointed in all that time. Professionals who care and go that extra mile - always.

Generally helpful, but could provide better customer service

Poor customer service. When you sign your bond you supposed to be happy and feel comfortable.
These guys they don't even talk to you when you ask them something they will talk to you like they shouting at you or like our questions is making them irritated. Receptionist also don't smile .

To sum up. The Roodepoort branch is incompetent and slow. I ve found myself having to call or send countless unanswered emails in order to get information on what s going to no substantial answers.

My experience hasn t been pleasant and I wouldn t advise anyone to use this company and especially the Roodepoort branch.

One star is not good enough. Worst service received ever. If you are the purchaser please use someone else. You pay all the fees upfront for the transfer and service but you won't get the service for your hard earned money. Purchasing a property should be happy occasion not a stressful one.

While the attorney that assisted me was extremely helpful and friendly, finding the office was not as easy as I thought it would be.

The are very professionals and they respect their clients,without keeping you waiting.

Sadly we have had nothing but problems when we purchased our new home with this company being our conveyancers. I simply cannot understand the lack of empathy for the buyer. The sellers concealed all kinds of issues from us and it now appears we have no recourse. Really? Is this how people do business these days? A very sad state of affairs.

Poor service received from these attorneys on purchasing our property. They are tardy and unresponsive to emails and queries. Please do not use them.

Conveying Attorney's: excellent services & capturing system which keeps you up to date regarding your property transfers / wills / deceased estates and so on. Like any well established brand, they built their reputation through their hard-working people & supporting staff. Their pricing is also fairly competitive ... oh and insist on some coffee upon visiting :)

Fantastic service from highly skilled staff from the secretaries to the notaries. Door to door signing consultants and branches across all major cities.

Very professional; helpful and all ways reachable. Will sort out all your conveyancing and property needs.
