I got a soul in November 2017 they sold me a used car with a busted light without telling telling me. It was night when I left Lima lot so I didn t see it til the next day. I ve had issues with my car and the insurance company my salesman found for me(founders) insurance refused to pay a claim on my car and Kia gave me 3 weeks of run around on helping me tbough it all to tell me this morning they can t help either. Drive it cautiously because I shouldn t be driving it at all! I won t be back to buy any Kia and I don t have good word of mouth my prior review as Dawn Jones will go to * one star too
