Ask for Alex Grove. Rarely do I enjoy the sales process, but Alex did a great job of explaining each detail of my Volkswagen- not something I expected at a KIA dealership. From there, he got his team to find me financing and helped keep all the behind-the-scenes details simple and seamless.

I never felt like I was dealing with the stereotypical used car salesman, not even close. He was personal, cordial, and professional. He even took my car back to get detailed for a second time after we saw a couple spots.

He checked up on me a couple days later and is going out of his way to help me find a better way to mount the front plate.

I couldn t be happier with my purchase. Taylor KIA is lucky to have such a personable salesman.
