Taylor Kia in Lima Review

My sales guy Kaleb worked extremely hard to get me into the car of my choice even with the couple snags he was up against! I m happy with my purchase!

My wife and I recently visited Taylor Kia of Lima. We wasn't expecting to buy a new car at the time. We test drove the optima , forte, and soul. Our sales lady Elizabeth had a wonderful personality and was very patient while we decided and did not pressure us into anything. We ended up buying a 2016 Kia soul that had 94 miles on it and it was a 6 speed manual transmission. It drove like a Cadillac. The suspension is so smooth you can't feel any bumps in the road unless of course they are bigger ones. So far we are averaging 30mpg. We got a better interest rate than expected and the payment was 50 bucks cheaper than we initially was told. Thanks you Elizabeth and thank you Taylor Kia of Lima!!!!

They listened to what I was looking for and went out of their way to make sure I had a good car-buying experience! I found exactly what I was looking for and got a good value for my money. No service after the sale. Vehicle broke down on way home. Was told to call a tow truck and towed it to findlay dealership. Been in the shop 6 times. Still not fixed. Unable to drive and only get the run around when I call to talk to someone higher up.if you buy something..make sure its new. Last time I was in they told me to wreck it for insurance$

Elizabeth Mansfield was great helping me into a car. Only complaint I have is the rush rush to get you out the door, I understand they were very busy but I felt as if I was being rushed the entire time. Great help with financing really worked with me and my budget!! Again Liz was a huge help and fought for me to get me the best deal possible!

They came to pick me up an hour away. They had the right financing for me. I put nothing down on a 2015 with low milage. Rocky Rocthe had me drive several cars, and helped me find the one that best fit my budget. I walked out with a great car and a great buying experience.

Bought a 2016 KIA Sedona last January...got good service...so when I was looking for a used car...I went back to KIA and talked to Elizabeth Mansfield to see if there was something for me....she found a 2014 Tayota Prius...I am having fun driving it...

Came for an appointment to get the car I just bought serviced got here and was told it might not be done today and that they don t have the authorization to give me a rental I ve been here since 12:30pm this is ridiculous I have asked 3 times how everything is going and a ETA and have yet to answered it s now 3:30pm last time I get service here I ll just do the work myself

Dave did a real good job on lowering my down payment and process was fast and easy

So I go into Taylor Kia of Lima. I have $700 cash to put down and a $6000 car. They wouldn't even let me look at the car I was interested in. They wanted to run all my info and mess up my credit running it before I could even see the car. The salesman talked down to me as I were stupid. I know I don't have the best credit but I had money to put down. He said he wanted to drive me to my house to get my W2 and other stuff. Guy made me super nervous. All I wanted to was look at the car before I did anything. Place just doesn't make any sense.

We had a pleasant time dealing with Rocky. He really helped us get the vehicle we wanted at the miles we wants. He really pushed for the price we wanted! We also found some problems with the vehicle and they offered to fix it right away for us. We wI'll definitely be coming back.

My wife and I were originally looking to view a partcicular vehicle that we were familiar with. After discussing it with Jason, we both agreed that another vehicle would be a better choice for us.
We made an appointment for the following day. As we pulled up, Jason was parking the vehicle we were interested in by the front door. He greeted and helped us immediately. Rather than falling in love with something we wouldn't be able to purchase, he qualified us first. Being in the lending industry myself, I know how key that was to establishing a good relarionship with us as his customers. After going through different scenarios that would possibly work, they found one that not only met our payment needs, but it got us the vehicle we wanted.
From the professional courtesy, to the tireless effort in getting us financed, to the personal touch from everyone involved, it easily made this the best car buying experience we have ever had. When I am shopping for another car within the next 3 months, I gurantee I will contact Jason and Taylor Kia first.

Returned car, still getting annoying calls, emails and texts

Not happy that we were told that they would be willing to work with our budget on the used vehicle we were interested in.. Drove over 3 hours to get there to look at it and take for a test drive. When we got there the vehicle had a clunk in one of the wheels (ball joint??). Anyway, they told us they could only come down apprx. $300 and no more. We were NOT HAPPY, especially after how they made promises on the phone. The very next week they dropped the price $500!! NOT INTERESTED now! Would give 0 stars if possible!

I came into the dealership to see about getting into a newer vehicle. Jason Wright was fabulous, explained everything to me, and worked diligently to get me financed for a 2016 KIA Soul. What an amazing experience. The staff is wonderful and I would recommend KIA Lima to anyone looking to get into a nice new car!

Due to the scummy scam mailers I receive monthly I would never consider this dealer!

Only communicated with a manager named Doug S. who was very rude!! One of his employees hit me in a company vehicle and totaled my car, and when I called to be pointed in the right direction with their company insurance (since it was their fault) he basically told me he couldn t help me and refused to point me in the right direction. Phone call after phone call he always had the same answer. I don t know what to tell you .
Told me if I needed a car to call my insurance.......but he had a car lot full of cars that he can t loan me??? Not sure how he got in charge of that business....but because of him I would never refer anyone there. One person can ruin a business name and I m pretty sure he did.
