I had been talking with a salesperson for three weeks about a used vehicle. Was told it was being worked on and he would call me as soon as it was ready. I called to inquire about vehicle but he did not return my call.
I went to dealership in Hope's of buying vehicle and was informed that it had been sold the previous day.
Very poor customer service by Taylor Kia of Lima.
I will not go back or refer others to them.
