Sent a company vehicle there for a detailing, paying almost $200.00. The vehicle came back dirty. There was still visible dust on surfaces. I emailed customer service about it and was told someone would contact me but nobody ever did. Quite disappointed in the service.

Brought my car into Ziebart for a complete inside and outside detail. I had a lot of dog hair in my car and they were able to make my car look better than when I pulled it off of the dealership lot. Great work and service.

I tried to get an emailed quote for window tint and undercoating. 2 weeks after my initial request I got back a quote for just the undercoating in excess of $500 for a small suv. I sent a follow up email asking why the cost was so high? Never heard back. Doesn't seem like their too concerned about doing business.

Fantastic detailing, inside and out. I've had cars detailed at many different providers, but this is the best. I came to this location for the annual maintenance on the rustproofing on my car, and added the detailing on a whim. I will return for more!

I went to Ziebart Dearborn for rust protection on my 2016 mustang GT after being referred by a friend. Service was faster than I expected. Price was reasonable. Vince was knowledgeable and had plenty of advice for preventative maintenance. I would recommend this Ziebart to anyone interested in detailing / preventative maintenance!

I spoke to the manager Vince again about undercoating a second
passenger vehicle which belongs to my son and he and his crew said bring
it in and we'll take care of it. I did and again they did a great job and was
done on time. The manager Vince and his crew did another great job on

I purchased a 2014 Fusion from Pat Milliken on 6/4/2015 and brought my car to Ziebart on 6/11/2015 for rustproofing and window tinting. Why? Because Pat Milliken recommended Ziebart. In between that ONE WEEK, my car sat in a clear garage because I have a second car I am driving until I sell it. I live by myself, no kids, no pets, nothing touched the car. My car had 0 scratches, no body damage whatsoever. I dropped it off at Ziebart the morning of 6/11/2015 and returned at 4 pm to pick it up. I walked around the vehicle to check out the window tint, only to find the rear back passenger wheel well from the tire to the bumper all scratched, and of course that was the first thing I noticed, being a newly purchased car and they were very visible and never there before. Not only was it covered with scratches, there were 2 gashes in it that would not come out with wax that now also needs a paint touch up and buffed to be fixed. I am extremely upset and irate. Not only do I bring this to the manager, Vince's, attention, but he responds by yelling at me, repeatedly, and then says, "I cannot accept your check now because who knows what you will do." Seriously? Not once did I raise my voice at him, I just expressed my concern over the scratches, as anyone would. Regardless, I handed him my debit card, because I'm not that type of person. :) I had to politely ask Vince twice to please stop raising his voice AT ME and that it was extremely rude to insinuate I wasn't going to pay for the services done and to treat me this way after having damage done to my car is disrespectful and unprofessional. I turn my car on and realize 10 miles worth of gas gone from when I dropped it off this morning. He responds with, "Oh those gas gauges are never accurate." What? Never had a problem with them before!!!!!!! Clearly they did what they wanted with my car, as if I wouldn't notice, and then, it is MY fault, and I am scolded when I notice scratches that were never there before. I am totally shocked and upset in 1. how my car was treated and 2. how I was treated. I felt berated, being yelled at by an older man, as if I am a stupid female who has no idea in what condition my car is in. I am certainly not stupid and know my car did not have huge scratches in it upon dropping it off at Ziebart. He did not offer a discount. Instead, he offered to order paint and touch it up for me. I should have left Ziebart excited, instead, I left on the verge of tears being disrespected. I would absolutely never EVER bring my car to this Ziebart again, and will be calling corporate and the BBB first thing tomorrow. I will take this as far as I can. The fact that I was treated extremely poorly made this situation 10x worse. Horrible customer service.

Very good service, treat there customers with the a lot of respect and do a very good job. I drive past closer Ziebart locations to come to Dearborn for the exceptional service I receive every time. they have made me a repeating customer and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for this type of work.

Horrible customer Service I did NOT care for joe very rude telling since I got the card I didn t have to pay today umm pretty sure I have to pay my card.. Westland was a lot nicer and gave me a coupon that Dearborn never offer me ! Almost my whole family goes to Dearborn my mom, brother, uncle and grandpa!! Extremely disappointed I will make the drive to Westland wear they are much nicer! When I told Dearborn that Westland was a better price they didn t even try to work with me .. don t take you vehicle somewhere you don t feel like they won t take care of you because then they won t take care of your vehicle either!

I couldn t be more pleased. I had some parts sprayed with the bed liner. The staff was very professional, honest, helpful, prompt The place is very well run. I was helped by Vince, Randy and Zack, I can t remember the other technicians that helped, but each of them was very personable, efficient and did a great job. I will go back for any of the services they offer. I am having my truck waxed this week. THANK YOU ZIEBART DEARBORN TEAM!!!!

Vince has been taking care of my 2004 Ram 1500 since 2006 when I purchased the truck after the lease ended. Annually I bring the truck in to have the under coating and paint protection renewed. Truck still looks like new. I always get first rate service. I highly recommend.

Needed an interior detail badly. I have two daughters who have destroyed the interior. Dropped it off at 8:00AM. Two guys detailing the car and four hours later, my car is done. Looks like new despite the warning they couldn't get all the stains out. Great, friendly service. Still got the $30 off special, despite the effort needed to bring it back to life.

I got my 2016 Ford Fusion undercoated and rustproofed. Vince was awesome to work with - he fit me right in so I didn t have to wait a long time. They did an excellent job and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them, and I will go back! Thanks guys!

I took in my new truck and had Vince give it the works inside and out - it came back looking great, and after I had the dealership install body molding afterwards he did a touch-up of the Diamond Coat as a favor. I decided to take my 2010 truck in for Diamond Coat, full interior work. glass protection, and sound deadener. When I picked it up my wife and I were amazed - it looked like new, and the paint finish was like a mirror. I immediately noticed a difference in how much quieter it was, and now I don't have to compete with road noise when using my speaker phone. If you want to do business with people who work hard for their customers and aren't afraid to go that extra step to keep them coming back, then you should see Vince.

Great shop - Vince was awesome. They did a great job on my Wrangler, and paid special attention to the spots that I pointed out. Jeep looked brand new when they were finished.

Took my Powerwagon truck to get the diamond gloss package & Ziebart. Vince helped me out. Super cool dude, very knowledgeable, my truck looked AMAZING, it looked better than new. I have had my interior and exterior detailed by Ziebart Dearborn, Michigan. I have also had my Windows tinted! Great workmanship! Recently, do to my own fault I tore the passenger back side window film. They replaced it in record time and quoted a fair price! Thank You Ziebart!

Scheduled an appointment for Diamond Gloss Paint Protection at the Dearborn location. Owner and employees could not have been any better. There was a definite attention to detail to every inch of my truck and it came out better than new. The owner made a suggestion for me to have breakfast at a nearby diner while I waited for my truck. When I came back to the shop I spent most of the morning and early afternoon talking about our vehicles and my military back ground. By the time my truck was ready the owner had taken an additional $50.00 off the total price of the work I had done (veteran discount) and applied some decals I had purchased to my windows. Overall an excellent experience and I will be going back again in the future.

Great experience with Vince. I had a unique situation where a person in the garage I park my car in for work, had to move my car and spilled coffee on the front seat of my new car! The seats are light gray. It took the garage management a week to tell me what they wanted to do, so the coffee sat for a week. Vince made sure to get me in as quickly as he could, did a great job cleaning the seat and even went the extra mile to split the bill up for me so the seat was billed separately. Thank you for a job well done! This will be my go to place for anything car detail related!

First time having my car detailed but Vince and his team went above my expectations removing extremely bad paint defects and leaving my car looking showroom perfect.

I brought my suburban in to have it rust proofed. Zach, the owners son, and the rest of the crew did a great job. They thoroughly explained what would be done and it turned out perfect. I was in a hurry to get the interior of my truck detailed and Zac was my first contact with Ziebart. He was friendly and efficient as he explained the detailing process. Recently installed a tonneau cover on my truck. In and out in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

My Uncle had recently passed away and had discontinued his life insurance policy and we were forced to sell is SUV to pay for expenses but we needed it cleaned out first. He had pets in there and had lots of pet stains including things they usually would turn a vehicle away for having (biohazard kind of stuff) The workers went above and beyond and cleaned it anyways after hearing our story and made the vehicle look brand new. We were astonished I wish I could post a before and after pic on here because this looked like something off Dirty Jobs and it came back beautiful. Great guys and I will definitely return here to get all my vehicles cleaned here!

Vince and his guys were great. I work in a dirty environment to begin with. We have a customer come in and spray a concrete based material. This day, it was windy and raining. Well the next day, myself and a few co workers realized our cars looked as if they were speckled with cement. We called Vince, he got us in right away with no trouble. We work early so the drop box service was extremely convenient. When I picked my car up, i barely recognized it. Not only did the cement come right off, but there were a few other different marks here and there, and you couldn't even tell. I'm grateful. I just new I'd need a complete paint job. Not to mention the interior was beyond amazing. You wouldn't even know I had a 4 year old!!

I took my 1966 Chevy two there for a exterior buff and wax, the car paint was faded. When I pick it up it looked great. Thanks Vince and crew.

I'm from Houston, Tx visiting family in Taylor, Mi. We just purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius and needed good tinted windows for the Houston sun and heat. As from not being around here, I used Google search to find a place. I read the reviews about Ziebart and most were favorable. Not totally trusting the Internet, I stopped at several auto parts stores to ask "real people", who they would recommend. Most said Ziebart down the road on Telegraph.
I met with the owner, Vince. What a nice guy. He gave me some price quotes on the different styles of Window Tint. Vince was very courteous and professional and very knowledgable of his products, with no high pressure sales. I decided to have all eight windows (yes, Prius's have a lot of windows) tinted with Vince and his team. I also added winter floor mats to my order.
I brought my car in the next morning at 8:30 am, and got a call at 2 pm that my car was ready.
My car was beautiful, and Vince gave me instructions on how to take care of the new tint in the next 72 hrs. They even put non stick tape over my window controls so I would not roll down my windows by accident till the Tint 'set' completely.
My wife and I are so happy with our service with Ziebart and Vince, that when we get our next vehicle, I will have it detailed here.

I recently took my 2019 RAM REBEL to Ziebart in Dearborn to have the Ceramic Paint sealer done. From the moment I called to the time I picked it up it was a fantastic experience. First I called to set up an appointment 3 days after driving my new vehicle off the lot. My initial quote was wrong and too low , BUT they stood by their word and gave me the price I was quoted in writing through email. The process was explained to me in a step by step manner.I dropped off my vehicle a little apprehensive since this was such a big ticket item for me to buy but left their feeling good when I left them to care for my new REBEL. When my REBEL was done they called me and said if I couldn't pick it up , ( because it was completed early) that not to worry because it would be stored inside. When I went to pick it up they did not rush me when I was going over it with a fine tooth comb. I must say it looked absolutely beautiful, I was totally impressed with the outstanding work they did. It was well worth the money and the trip.
Money well spent and a very professional staff. My truck looks amazing and a 7 year warranty on their work.

Just picked up my wife's Escalade ESV, and they absolutely hit a home run doing interior detail!! Attention to detail was apparent, as this SUV is huge! Pricing was more then fare, and from one business owner to another, I want to say thank you for recognizing your Team Member's!! We couldn't do what we do, without Team Member's that love what they do, as their work shows!! I will ABSOLUTELY be bringing the rest of my vehicles to this place! AAA service!!

Vince, the Store Manager, fixed a scratch on a leased vehicle that I was getting ready to turn in and saved me a lot of time, money and hassle with the dealership. He was able to fix the scratch in less than an hour and I was able to turn in the lease with no issues! Vince was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with thanks Vince.

Our 2011 Infiniti M37 Sports (aka Lisa's car) is now in mint condition. Had a very good experience, and an excellent quality product result from Ziebart Dearborn Michigan. Vince Shaw, Store Manager, was very knowledgeable and because of his passion for the work, gives a lot of information during the discussion. Don't let that deter you from making sure you get all the questions answered. Ask and confirm.

The Diamond Package was what we settled on and I could not find a better value for the rust proofing, sound barrier, gloss paint protection, interior and window tinting for the price in a one-stop shop. Our 2011 Infiniti M37 looks absolutely brand new, mint condition. I will follow up if any issues and there are guarantees and annual servicing to maintain the package. We are very satisfied thus far!

Just called about sunroof repair, they don't do that here but gave me a good reccomend.

They quoted me a price of $130 for interior detail but charged me $147. When I questioned the amount they said it was for various fees and taxes. I argued that those should have been explained in the quote they gave me and that they need to honor that quote. They refused to honor the quote and charged $147 plus would not accept $50 zeibart gift card towards my payment. Said the rate they charged me was a discount and would only accept cash or charge no gift card. They are a dishonest scam. I thru away the gift card I got and will never go back.

As far as the quality of work it was mediocre at best. There was visible dust in crevices, when turned steering wheel the steering column hadn't been fully cleaned and non of the vents had been cleaned, they also don't include cleaning cup holders, center consoles, glove boxes.

They did a great job, with the rust eliminator and undercoating package on my ram. Everybody knows this is a problem with these trucks. Fair price told me 2 days and on the second day, I called in the morning to see when i could pick up he said. Its done cant get no better than that. Will be going back for the diomond package on exterior and rust proofing. Thanks again. Coffee is good to lol.

I had the paint protection applied to a vehicle that has 26,000 miles on it and it looks better than when I drove it off of the dealers lot! I was referred by a friend who has the same paint protection and he highly recommended Vince and his crew as he has been dealing with them for years. They are the best!

I had my Ford F-250 lovingly applied with Diamond Gloss and another rustproof to ensure that it is completely rust free. Now, ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you that my F-250 is a circa 1996 and it looks showroom new thanks to Vince and the fellas at Ziebart. Had tint installed here but there were lot of bubbles. Vince offered to fix it but not to my satisfaction. After complaints to headquarters, they offered to uninstall and refund my money. The uninstall took less than a half hour, when they install took 2+. When I got home I noticed the trim pieces in my car had been ripped off and destroyed. Ziebart denied fault, saying there was no way they could have done it. Even though the car was in perfect shape inside and out before ziebart working on it. After much complaining Vince offered to buy a $15 piece of carpet to go over the part they destroyed lol. Thru this whole situation Vince was very unprofessional - always screaming, interrupting the customer, and telling them they are wrong. Gave Vince one last chance to fix it before taking him to court and he came out of the building screaming and swearing in front of all his customers. After all his denial of him not doing any damage he was found guilty in court and had to pay my damages

Vince (Ziebart Dearborn) and crew accommodated us exceptionally well. We made an appointment to renew Rustproofing and Diamond Gloss. We explained that we had to wait for the vehicle. They finished the job in a very timely manner. The quality of work was exceptional. We highly recommend Ziebart Dearborn, MI !!!
