I went to DCJ recently to get an extended lifetime...

I went to DCJ recently to get an extended lifetime warranty part installed to replace an older part on my Chrysler 300. I worked with Paul Falzone through the entire time to make sure things went smoothly and well. I had a part that needed to be installed in order to install the lifetime warranty part. I want to begin to say a HUGE thank you to FCA (Chrysler) for working diligently and helping solve this issue with this other part. They helped me out tremendously. FCA will go above and beyond for their customers for issues with their vehicles to make many processes better each time. Paul Falzone also went above and beyond to make me happy with his teams work ethic and to ensure the car was in great hands. The process was very fast and easy. I came across a slight issue when I picked up my vehicle from DCJ and Paul once again helped me out to fix this issue. I will go to DCJ again to work with any issues and or problems I have whether its an FCA vehicle or any vehicle from a different brand. Thanks again FCA and DCJ.
