The thought of going to a car dealership, is also the same moment i thought "What type of salesman is going to approach me, and how is he going to make me see the difference between making a sale or offering me a real deal?"
I have owned a variety of cars in my past, but this specific person made sure that he left a lasting and genuine impression on me. Rick Brar was able to change my perception and judgement about buying a car and the daunting process of doing it. I did have doubts at the beginning when we were talking at first, but it goes the same way whenever i walk into any dealership. But surprisingly the questions i usually ask to myself "What do you get out of this?" "What are you profiting from this?" "What is the catch?".. Those questions didn't even come to mind when he walked me through my purchase. (I wasn't planning on trading or buying a Ridgeline for a couple more months too!)
But the service Rick had provided for me at the Airdrie location was above and beyond what I had ever experienced when it came to purchasing a vehicle. His professionalism was outstanding. His commitment and attention to detail was very reassuring. He definitely treated my concerns as if they were his own. The options were clearly described to me and Rick had followed through with everything he had outlined, advised and offered. He definitely went that extra mile to secure the right package for me. It has been almost a year since I bought my truck, the extended services, courtesy check ups, and validating my questions has been a game changer on who i will be going to again for my next vehicle.
