I bought a Honda CRV from this dealership with 30,000 km on it. I figured I'd save myself some money by buying slightly used. So I purchased a 2 year old car. It turned out to be the most expensive car I ever had and even when I sold it, I had to pay the bank $9000 out of my pocket. One on the reasons? Because T&T Swapped the tires! I didn't look at the tires carefully (learned this lesson!) and they were about 15-20% so with in about 4 months of owning this CRV I ended up having to shell out another $1200 for new tires. Tires do not wear out this quick so its clear they switched them. Even if that isnt true, this is. I would take my car in for oil changes. One time after doing the service pack 2 in which I paid a small fortune for, I received my car back and there was a major rattle in the car. They also rotated the tires (new ones) and one of the balances were removed so it had a major wobble and a vibration that sounded like the car was near death! I complained to the owner and he had them fix all the issues for free, but they wasted so much time. To me I learned two things. ALWAYS CHECK THE TIRES and also its a CONFLICT OF INTEREST to get your oil changes done at a dealership, especially this one because they just might mess with your car. This one proved to me that they mess with their cars. I do not trust them at all and would never ever go to T&T Honda again even if the cars were free.
