The staff here are awesome, they are extremely friendly and welcoming. This was one of the best experiences I've had bringing my car for service at a dealership in terms of their staff. Where they fell short I found was booking my car in for an hour long service apt over the phone, so I arranged no ride, but the service taking 3ish hours to complete due to there being a line to get the car into the service bay despite the apt. The staff at T&T Honda were very straightforward about this being the case when I arrived, I just wish when I had called in to make the apt that I received the same honesty.
