Came in to the showroom aiming to purchase a vehicle. 3 salespersons were all standing around laughing with each other, and didn't even acknowledge our existence as we entered even though they weren't busy assisting other customers. We looked over the CR-V on the floor for about 15 minutes and still received no acknowledgement or help from staff, so we left. Last time I checked, money is money - and ours was apparently good enough for Kramer Mazda where we were helped almost instantly upon arriving and subsequently ended up purchasing our vehicle there instead. I no longer require help from your customer service team, but thanks for the extremely delayed offer.
