I stopped by T&T Honda for a warranty question (Brand New Car).They asked me to bring my car to the back but before I could they realized I did not purchase the car from them they said that there was no warranty for my issue and that was it. I called Honda Canada who said I can go to any dealership and they will open a case for my issue and begin a review and notified me there is in fact a 60,000KM warranty.

I was planning to bring my car to T&T Honda for my regular maintenance but after this unfriendly customer experience I will gladly go elsewhere in Calgary.
