I had one of the worst purchase experience with T&T Honda. I dealt with Sidarth. I had opted for a Hond Civic Touring fully loaded Civic especially with lane detection. We were quite clear with what we needed, and just trusted these sales folks, signed all the papers and when we got the car, it does not have lane detection, parking sensors the features that we specifically asked. I contacted back Sidarth on the same day when the car was picked and it was still parked in T&T parking lot. I asked him to take back the car and I will go for another with all options that I needed and I shocked when Sidarth tole that I will lose 6000$ to 7000$, imagine this car is still in their parking lot, I have not taken possession of it. I will attach the screen shot message from the sales that I got. DO NOT BELIEVE T&T HONDA. They lie through their teeth, sales folks have been trained to cheat and loot customers. Atrocious and pathetic service. Stay away from this dealership. I am planning to approach the lawyer to take them to court and AMVIC service Alberta. Worst dealership in town STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOOTERS. Now let public decide what is to be done with these kind of looting, utter shame on you T&T Honda. I give you minus 5 star
