Horrible customer service. Tried to scam me out of my deposit, now I have to dispute it with my credit card company. Ordered a 2019 Navigator on 9/2/18 from the salesman Robert. First he said 4 to 6 weeks for delivery then after 6 weeks I called and he said another 4 weeks. Before Thanksgiving I called again and he said by 11/30 guaranteed I'll have it. I called again 12/3 and he said the car was in NJ and I'd have it by the end if the week. I called again on 12/10 and he said the same thing. I called on 12/13 and he wouldn't get on the phone or return my calls. I was transferred over to a Tyler who said the car was still not in. I asked him to cancel the order and refund my deposit. He said a check would be in the mail in 3 business days. A week later I called again and again, finally Robert picked up the phone. I asked him where's my refund and he said there's no refund on deposits which contradicted what I was told at signing that if they didn't get the car in by at least 12 weeks I could get my money back. So again I asked him "so then where's my car" and he said "I don't know, it still shows it's in NJ". I told him that I was going to dispute the charge and he said good luck with that. The guy is the biggest scam artist and completely nasty when talking to him. I also left a message for the manager but he never got back to me. Worst experience on a car purchase of my entire life.
I went to another Lincoln dealership this week in Jamaica, Queens and they had basically the same car I had ordered from Huntington and in 2 hours I was driving away with my new car. What a difference in courtesy and professionalism between the 2 dealerships, night and day comparison.
