Furthermore, basically he took care of everything so that I didn't need to worry at all. He knows the process very well and plans ahead of schedule. I was able to close in time (this is very important as some steps took extra time and could potentially delay the closing). I really appreciate the sense of urgency and accountability Jasun has. I highly recommend Jasun.

James and his team did a great job from getting the pre-approval through closing escrow. He walked us through everything and made it easy for us to understand. We have a very crazy work schedule, but James was very accommodating. Throughout escrow we had so many questions and all of them were answered quickly. The staff who worked with us were simply wonderful. This took a lot longer to complete than any of us had planned. My only suggestion is to ls intentionally set aside to call clients to assure them that they haven't been lost through the cracks. Otherwise, we are so appreciative of the better rate and we are going to get used to having taxes and insurance into the payment.

Hands-down the best re-fi experience ever. Linda Munoz has been in the business for a long time and she is incredibly insightful. She has the special talent of not only getting the best loan rates for her clients, but she also approaches the process with a financial advisor's eye--she looks at the full picture for her clients, and manages to discuss it with you in terms that make the best sense for your family, in the long- and short-term. I leaned on her for support, not just for explaining the loan options, but also emotionally! She answered all my questions clearly, thoroughly and held my hand every step of the way. I can't thank her enough, and we ended up getting an amazing loan rate as well as cash out to pay for a lot of the deferred maintenance of our home. This is my second loan experience with Linda, and she was stellar for both. Another thing that was great was the secure portal Synergy One uses for uploading documents--super easy to use, either through their app or website. It made the whole process incredibly smooth.

Best lender I have ever worked with!

Mike Brooks at Synergy One Lending is hands down the best lender I have ever worked with. From needing a quick turn on the application, to multiple last minute preapproval letters, to an exceptional breakdown of my borrowing options and determining which was best for me Mike gave me his absolute best. He was always available and responsive, and clearly has a team that shares the same service priorities. He was also able to secure the best rate versus several other lenders I was attempting to work with during my most recent home purchase. Something that sets Mike and his team apart is the personal aspect of how they do business. I was not a number or some kind of personality out on the web to be interacted with like a computer program, rather I was a human being and Mike took the time to interact with me as such. The kicker, is when I showed up to closing and my lender, Mike Brooks, was standing in the lobby. I would like to make everyone on here aware of CESAR M. SILVA. He put us at risk of almost leaving my family and I out on the street!! Telling me and my family we are approved. I did everything he asked to fulfil the conditions the bank required to close the loan and in the end got denied. advising me to release contingencies putting my deposit at risk($5,000) listening to his professional advice. Not only was he wrong in putting my family in this situation he had the guts to tell me to do what I have to do and not willing to cooperate he showed us that he doesn't really care! A person like Cesar M Silva does not deserve to be in this business in my eyes just a careless unprofessional person!!

When I reached out to Michael Anderson in the Auburn location we, my husband and I, were in a hurry to get a home loan. Our previous pre-approval with the VA fell through and we need to act fast. It was also just a few days before Christmas to make our timeline even shorter. Our realtor gave us Michael's info and he picked up the phone right away. He got right to work and even though we were rushed he was so informative and quick about the process and also really calm which made what was a stressful situation easily manageable. He was very good at being able to tell me what the next step was and when he would reach back out. I was never at anytime wondering what would happen next or wondering when he would call. I never had to pick up the phone and call him to find out what was happening. He always called us with updates and what's happening next. Great communicator!
