James and his team did a great job from getting the pre-approval through closing escrow. He walked us through everything and made it easy for us to understand. We have a very crazy work schedule, but James was very accommodating. Throughout escrow we had so many questions and all of them were answered quickly. James called many times just to check in and see how we were doing. His customer service was by far one of the best I have ever had.
