I just completed a refinance with Synergy One. Overall the process sent smoothly. I worked with my loan originator to submit an application and then we waited until rates hot out target to proceed with the loan. Within a few weeks we closed.

I would recommend speaking to Synergy One as soon as possible if you are thinking about refinancing.
