The Denver Film Festival is an underappreciated event in Denver, I highly recommend you try it out one year.
A great place to see independent films. Decent movies, snack prices, and a nice facility. They are part of the Denver Film Center. They have an annual membership of $67/year where you get to come to early showings and movie events.
A Denver gem. The DFS does a great job showing excellent films, often that you can't see anywhere else. The theaters are clean and comfortable. Snacks and drinks are tasty and reasonably priced. On site parking is free. Look into the membership options which make the movies and events an even better deal. Their special events are terrific too, like dancing after movies and great film festivals.
