When I reached out to Michael Anderson in the Auburn location we, my husband and I, were in a hurry to get a home loan. Our previous pre-approval with the VA fell through and we need to act fast. It was also just a few days before Christmas to make our timeline even shorter. Our realtor gave us Michael's info and he picked up the phone right away. He got right to work and even though we were rushed he was so informative and quick about the process and also really calm which made what was a stressful situation easily manageable. He was very good at being able to tell me what the next step was and when he would reach back out. I was never at anytime wondering what would happen next or wondering when he would call. I never had to pick up the phone and call him to find out what was happening. He always called us with updates and what's happening next. Great communicator!
