Not even one star! What should have been a great experience became a horrible experience. So many excuses and never took any blame. I was told I received wrong loan docs and when I got the right one my rate had increased - Rob said there was nothing he could do about it. I spoke with other realtor - which I should have done in the beginning - bad experience using Dawn and wouldn't use her again - well neither will I. (By the way there canned response will be "so glad we could help you repair your credit to get you approved") Their tag line should be "Every Client, Every Time it's not our fault", No Exceptions"
