We ordered a hoodie for my daughter through her school in Nashville who used The Athletic Shop to provide logo apparel for her volleyball team. The hoodie that we received was great quality but the logo was peeling off after the first wash. I reached out to The Athletic Shop to let them know what happened and they were very easy to get in touch with and immediately responded that they would get a new one to us ASAP (even though I know ours had been a part of a batch order and it can be a pain to reprint just one). It is now less than a week since I made that call and the new hoodie arrived in my mailbox today. It's hard to find great customer service sometimes - I am very impressed!
The guys who run the shop are awesome and customer satisfaction is always top of mind.
