I would like to make everyone on here aware of CESAR M. SILVA. He put us at risk of almost leaving my family and I out on the street!! Telling me and my family we are approved. I did everything he asked to fulfil the conditions the bank required to close the loan and in the end got denied. advising me to release contingencies putting my deposit at risk($5,000) listening to his professional advice. Not only was he wrong in putting my family in this situation he had the guts to tell me to do what I have to do and not willing to cooperate he showed us that he doesn't really care! A person like Cesar M Silva does not deserve to be in this business in my eyes just a careless unprofessional person!!
