I have financed and owned seven homes and also refinanced some of them. Jasun Carter at Synergy One has recently helped me to refinance my current home. Preparing application documents and looking up records for loan qualification is never fun, but Jasun did a great job to simplify the process. He obtained records to reduce my workload and locked in the best rate well in advance of a completed package. He made himself available anytime during and outside of normal business hours to answer questions and report on progress. Other lenders seemed to have more roadblocks than good ideas to reach the best loan product. You will find Jasun to be the right guy for your needs and you will be writing the next five star review.
