Multiple breakdowns in communications and very unclear process from beginning to end. There were multiple occasions where we were asked to provide the exact same documentation that was previously provided. Also, after providing all of the documentation the process continued to change and we were then told "oh yea we don't really need all of the documents for your spouse". Additionally, the financial estimates were wildly inaccurate and the pre-approval means nothing. Save your time go elsewhere

I am attempting to purchase my 2nd home through Synergy however, the experience has been so unprofessional it has me wanting to say forget it. It has been so much misrepresenting of the loan s terms and conditions that this what should be exciting experience has turned into a horrific nightmare. The communication, level of knowledge, professionalism and overall humanity is all questionable at this point. After several complications I began to have hope until the loan officer at Synergy quit in the middle of the process without any notice leaving me with so many unanswered questions and anxiety. I was then advised by additional Synergy employee that it was in my best interest to switch my loan from conventional to FHA so I did which included additional fees. Even after I was sent my CD finally (after several set backs) only to now be told I need to switch my loan back to conventional and my closing date will be set back yet again. At the bare minimum I have yet to receive even one phone call from any Synergy employee willing to help strengthen the communication, confusion and at this point high levels of anxiety as a result of this misrepresented and dis-functional process.
Jay Jaffee is purely the best you could work with. Beyond knowledgable, responsive, and all about customer service. We ve now done 2 loans with Jay, and will go back to him every single time. Easy, and great service, what more could you ask for?
Diane Brayden with Synergy One Lending is an exceptional Loan Officer. She helped navigate a difficult loan with my buyers. They were so happy with the council that she gave to them to correct their FICO Scores so that they could qualify for the best loan possible. They are now in their home and couldn't be happier. Dale at S1 lending will get you to your goal. Professional, expedient, and knowledgable lending. I recently completed a refinance and couldn't be more satisfied. I recommended a friend but he chose a different lender and ended up with decent results that could have been much better by going with Dale and S1 lending. If you need financing, go with S1 or at least speak to them before you decide.
