This is the worst experience i have ever had at any dealer, Sherri please find a new job as the you and the entire service department is a joke. I was referred by my buddy who buys all his dodge vehicles from here and yes he will now no longer do business with you for his fleet vehicles anymore. I purchased a Ram 1500 sport and noticed the hood has a bubble on it, I brought my truck in for a warranty claim and sherri was the one who helped me. I was told they need to take pictures and send them to dodge. Two weeks goes by and i hear nothing, so i call and leave multiple voicemails and never get a call back. Finally after multiple voicemails i get a call back saying I need to call Chrysler. I DO AND WHAT DO I FIND OUT, THEY NEVER SUBMITTED THE CLAIM!!! I call Sherri back and explain my frustration and she asks me to email her more pictures so she can send to dodge. I then send them over and wait another week and i call Dodge back and find out she still never submitted the pictures. Now i am beyond pissed off and call Sherri and this time she actually answers the phone and says she can submit them now. Keep in mind now we are over a month dealing with this, after i get off the phone with Sherri i call dodge to see if they were actually submitted and yes but the same picture 4 times and now they closed my case. I was then told by a rep from Michigan I should go to another dealer and they will open an investigation. I have now been dealing with this for almost three months and still haven't had my hood repainted. Called another dealer and received way better customer service in Tempe. I really hope you get shut down or bought out.
