Super friendly staff made me feel very comfortable, despite the lengthy process (that's where they lost a star). They worked to give me a fair price for my trade and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated. Working with Matt V was like hanging out with a friend. I appreciate that. Overall, good experience despite the crazy long time it took to make the deal happen.
