Mackenzie was very easy to work with and the process was simple. A fair trade-in value was extended for my old vehicle. The only negative about the experience was the non-optional package (tint, nitrogen, tracking, etc.) that is included on every Courtesy vehicle. I would recommend Mackenzie to anyone in search of a new car on the Courtesy lots!
