Purchase a wonderful A7 Audi from Courtesy Auto on July 3, 2020 after looking all over the US to find the car I wanted. I live in Alabama and my son found the car in AZ for me. However, they didn't send the title information to the state of Alabama in the county I live in which is Jefferson. I have called finance and ask for the management since July. I can not get anyone to help me correct this issue. They sent me copies just last week but they need originals or they can not issue me a tag. I have a wonderful car that I can not drive because of this problem. My DMV told me they should have mailed the paperwork to them. I am not representing the UPS Store only using the computer at work.
