We purchased our vehicle from the previous owners ...

We purchased our vehicle from the previous owners of this dealership, but have continued to have them service our vehicle, which is still under warranty. When we do finally get the vehicle in for service, they seem to do a good job in correcting the problem we sought service for. However, my low rating is because it is incredibly difficult to contact them. There does not seem to be anyone to answer phone calls in the service department since each call we make is picked up by an answering machine, then forwarded to another answering machine. When one leaves a message, it sometimes takes days and multiple messages before anyone returns a call. If, by chance, someone does pick up the call, one is still forwarded to an answering machine in whatever department or service tech one has requested. This has happened multiple times when we have tried to reach someone because of a problem with our vehicle. Out of frustration, my husband often just goes to the dealership and has to wait around for someone to talk to, then make an appointment to bring the car back at a later date. This does not seem to be a practice that encourages consumers to want to use this dealership for either mechanical work or for buying another vehicle when one is treated in such a careless manner. I even tried the "text us" option that now appears on the website page. Someone did, in fact, respond within a couple of minutes, I gave her my request and asked for a prompt call back from a service technician, and now, as of 4 hours later, have not received any type of communication from the dealership. Very disappointing. I will be notifying Chrysler of my disappointment with this dealership.
