The only reason I gave 4 stars is that through the ownership transition, Courtesy is not emailing the existing customers about changes such as express oil changes on Saturday are now by appointment only. Sean Davidson, my service rep, was very professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service. I was not happy, however this time he was able to squeeze me in in between appointments. I waited less than two hours. He also offered other options to accommodate my time, but unfortunately I had to wait. This was not his fault and he made the experience at Courtesy great. Thank you Sean for caring and doing the best!! Courtesy, you need to start emailing your customers, especially those that were committed customers of Hegg's and Superstition Dodge/Ram/Chrysler. Again, Thank You Sean!!! :)
