Everyone at Sun Toyota that we dealt with along with others that weren't even involved with our purchase were very friendly and accommodating to us. Patrick Sacca our salesman was very personable and everyone involved were very enjoyable to work with. Feel confident that the service department will be the same. Will recommend Sun Toyota and Patrick to anyone saying they are looking for a vehicle.

We've been watching Sun's inventory online and found two cars we were interested in. Last week we drove to Sun and couldn't find the first one. When did a search on the phone while in Sun lot that car was no longer listed. Three days ago it reappeared online along with a second car. We drove up to Sun and decided to seek help. After we entered we were not greeted for about two minutes so we just stood near the entrance. Finally the receptionist spoke to us and then page a salesperson. After standing around for a couple of minutes a salesman that had been sitting in a chair (idle) approached, When he realized we were asking about cars online he asked the receptionist to page an "online salesperson". This time we waited for exactly 10 minutes before I asked the receptionist when someone would be available she said 10 - 15 minutes. We waited a final 10 minutes then left. Too bad.

Leslie was very attentive to what we wanted and the needs that came up even after the sale. Thank you. Service guys were great to work with.

I wish there was a response for "maybe" or "depends".
I purchased a Corolla last year. The salesperson n I walked to the service dept to make an appointment. I can't recall date of the appointment... so I called sun Toyota today. They said I'm not in the system. I mentioned the salesperson and I walked over to the Dept. The man (wish I knew his name.. high pitch voice) said it's possible I called the service dept. Again, I said "no, I walked over there with the salesperson" Then I asked for the first appointment next week, he said they open at 7am. Ok.. I said "Monday,7am." He then says "what time would you like to make your appointment?". Seriously?! Need to listen! Disappointed.

My trip to Sun Toyota was great my salesman Jackie she was very helpful explained everything in detail and made it simple to understand

We were given an amazing deal on the Corolla we were looking for. These guys were very patient while answering our questions, as this was our first time in an actual dealership to get a car that was less than a decade old, and even helped advise me about the dead car that I need to have scrapped. Overall, they were friendly, clear and concise with their information, and when we walked to the dealership the first time, they drove us back in the car we were considering (and eventually went for). They even offered to drive us to the dealership when we weren't sure if we'd be able to use our remaining car, which our roommate might have had to use for work the next day. Would definitely shop for a car here again in the future.

Excellent customer service! When inquiring about some quick info for a lease, we were quickly greeted by a friendly and helpful salesman. Willy Patti is very informative, knowledgeable, professional, personable and accommodating to our needs. We were even able to test drive the very exact model and color that we were looking for. He went above and beyond, without making us feel pressured, to make a deal. The staff and dealership itself is very welcoming and comfortable. Upon the next day he was available for our appointment, we drove off with a new Camry! Highly recommend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I visited on a Saturday after inquiring on a vehicle. I had an appointment. I drove 45 minutes to look at a vehicle that wasn't even at the dealer. I looked into other options and finally found an option that I could consider. The wait to do the paperwork and pre approval ended up being several hours so the sales man advised that i could go and he would call me the next day to set up a day where i can complete I left and never received a call back or follow up or anything. Very disappointing experience.

I could write a novel about Don O Brien. This young mans energy and passion proves he loves his job. I look forward to doing business with you young man for years to come. When the name changes from Sun Toyota to O Brien Toyota I want a shirt please. God bless and may the stars always shine for you.

I had a bad experience on buying from Sun Toyota. I was assisted by a lousy salesman Kevin Fortunato. If you need a car or truck, new or used this is not place to go. They are not willing to work with you and give you a deal that you can live with. They promised me that a small dent by the passenger door will be fixed at their expense but after the deal was done they reneged on fixing the dent. I didn't notice that it was not included in the final paperwork. Don't trust Kevin or his boss Johnathan Reth, they are a bunch of lairs. They had the gulls to ask me for an extra $50 to fix the dent and after I told Kevin that the deal was for them to fix it at their expense he hung up the phone on me. I'll never again buy from this lousy place.

We are very happy with the service we received at Sun Toyota in Holiday. Ronnie Scicli was very nice, not pushy and there were no hidden fees. Their computer was down and he was very apologetic but, once the computers were back up and running the process was quick and easy.

Used to be much more customer friendly would post your cars progress and estimated time of completion. Chairs in waiting area are showing years of ware. Took 20 minutes before a service writer could write me up for my appointment. Guessing 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation.

Fourth car I have either bought or leased form Sun, all my experiences whether sales or maintenance with them have been positive ones.

My wife and I bought our first new car at Sun Toyota and could not be happier with the quality of service we received from Ben Carriere. He made the process extremely smooth and easy for us. He took time to answer all of our questions and found us a car with the things we asked for and did not push us to purchase anything we did not ask for. He was extremely informative and let us take the time we needed to make a decision. He even took time to hang out with us while we waited for the financing department to free up. He is certainly not your stereotypical car salesman. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I would absolutely recommend him.

This is my 2nd time buying a car from this place and the service truly is outstanding! You know how many horror stories about salesman youll find on youtube , so i was bracing myself but truly i tell you Mark Purcell and David kominsky (excuse my spelling)made this experience smooth. As some of these other reviews stated I drove an hour to look at a Nissan Rogue that I wanted to buy. The car was immaculate and priced very well until we sat down to go over the numbers. I have worked in finance for over 10 years, financing cars and mortgages. I was told that I had to buy a $1397 warranty this included the lifetime warranty that was $995, $899 on reconditioning fee, and $995 dealer fee and then taxes and title. A car that was advertised for 16400 comes up to over 21000. When I said that I did not want a warranty, I was told that he could not sell the car to me without it. I would have purchased a warranty but not when you tell me I cannot sell the car without the warranty, I know this is a lie as I have financed plenty of cars in my day, no warranty is added to a vehicle before it is purchased. Also, Kevin Johnson told me from the beginning that they make their money off the warranty so forcing all these fees on someone is the way they get paid. I am mad about the extra fees, of course. I am madder about the time I spent driving up thinking a car was one price and then it was another one and you say your prices are transparent. THEY ARE NOT!!! WHY NOT JUST ADVERTISE THE PRICE WITH EVERYTHING YOU WANT A PERSON TO BUY, THEN IF I WANT TO SPEND 21000 I WILL COME IN. I believe people would be more understanding if you practiced transparency for real instead of the bait and switch tactics, lowering the price, and then adding $5000 worth of fees. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE FORCING WARRANTIES ON YOU AND NOT ADVERTISING THE CORRECT PRICES. Furthermore, they are a "volume dealership" as was quoted to me several times, I do not think they care about the one customer who is looking for a great car at a reasonable price they are looking for the person they can pull the wool over and charge them more.

I have been a customer of Sun Toyota for about 15 years now. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from them, but far and away the best experience to date. Service has always been great too, so when it came to replace my 2011, Sun was my only "real" choice.

My main Sales Consultant, Wayne was fantastic and spent a great deal of time with me my first day on the lot. When I had to come in to do a test drive and close the sale on his day off, he set me up to meet with other members of his team who treated me like they would their very own customer.

It didn't seem to matter that Paul wasn't going to get commission on this particular sale with me, only that I received excellent service and top notch treatment and that Wayne would do the same for him next time.

Willy in Accessories was also terrific, walking me through all my options to make the car "my baby," and gave me honest feedback as to whether an option would be right for me. Super friendly working man's guy.

Jeff Johnson in management was terrific when it came to grinding out the details.

It's going to be a couple of weeks before I will get my car, but I am sure that experience will also be great. I highly recommend this dealership. They have a huge selection, expertise, clearly love their customers and what they do, -- and who they do it for.

Actually kind of shocked. Went here tonight with all intents and purpose of purchasing a new car, walked around the lot for over 30 mins, went inside, looked through the showroom, went back out, opened a car including the hood for probably another 15-20 mins. Not a person came and said hi, can I help you, nothing. So I assume they didn't want to sell me anything. So I left. Pretty unfortunate for them, not me!

Over 2 hours to get my car serviced even with an appointment. Seems like if you don't opt for the recommended maintenance they keep you there even longer. Awful experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at any car dealership in my life. These people will tell you any lie to get you to sign a deal. I strongly advise you to go anywhere but Sun Toyota.

I had a great experience today at Sun Toyota. Went in for 45,000 mile check. My service advisor Tony Roche was so nice. He explained everything and answered my questions. The service techs did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner.Everyone was so pleasant. Sun seems to really care about good customer service. The waiting area and cafe was super. I definitely will go back and would recommend Sun Toyota and Tony to anyone needing service or new/used car. We love our Toyota Rav4.

Jason was an exceptional salesperson. This was my son's first new vehicle and he could not believe how easy Jason made it for him. The car was ready when we arrived to test drive it and was perfectly detailed by the time we finished the paperwork. My first visit at Sun Toyota wasn't the greatest. The salesmen I worked with didn't seem interested in helping me find what I was looking for in a car. When I mentioned I was interested in the Rav4 and told him my budget he told me it wasn't an option and never offered to show me alternative options. After five minutes of talking to him, I knew he couldn't help and left. Then my mom suggested going to see DJ Besida, since he previously worked with my brother to find him a good and affordable car. Great choice! DJ was so helpful and patient. This was my first time buying a car so I was new to how everything worked and what my options were. He explained everything throughly and was open to what I wanted. He is very personable and won't push you into something you don't want. He will be straight with you and find you the best option for your situation. I had no intentions of buying a car when I planned to meet with him (I strictly was looking for information), but he made the process so easy and painless. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2019 Hyundai Tucson and I couldn't be happier! It has everything I was looking for in my next car. Amazing car buying experience with Ben at Sun Toyota. This is a place that you feel comfortable buying a car at. A very large selection of vehicles, many new and not so many used. Saw the vehicle I wanted online and sent a text to Sun Toyota...Within minutes I was called and a meeting was set up to see Mario Ruiz, the internet sales person.
Arrived at the dealership, discussed the vehicle and negotiated an acceptable price that both of us were happy with..
Test drove the vehicle, took it home for my wife to see, and returned the next day to purchase it.
Throughout the whole transaction, Mario was straightforward, explaining every aspect of the purchase, and answered my concerns.
There wasn t any type of hassle by him, or the constant checking with his manager, or any other nonsense that seems to be the norm at many dealerships.
He even went out of his way to get me a vehicle manual AFTER it was purchased..He didn t have to do that....He could have told me to send for one, and pay for it (expensive), but he took the initiative to get me one...told me he would, and he did.
Very professional, and In my opinion trustworthy.
Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and owner personally greeted me and thanked me for my military service.(2 tour Vietnam Marine)
Would go there for another vehicle purchase in a heartbeat.
The Sun Toyota dealership itself looks like a state of the art facility...the service area immaculate.

Better than expected. Buying a car is always a hassle, no matter where you go. But the salesperson Charlie made it as painless as possible. He was very honest and open and was willing to show me the decent cars actual in my price range instead of trying to sell me on some brand new overpriced car. Not pushy at all and easy to work with.

-1 star from the back office person who was very confusing and made what seemed to me as inaccurate descriptions of what warranty covered. When I asked him to see the warranty in writing he told me that he didn't have a copy of it and could only provide one after I purchased the warranty. Very shady.

I will honestly never come back here. I don t really care they are the biggest Toyota in the state. We had a salesman by the name of Ken, we think, because he talked away from us the whole time that we could barely hear him. After looking at 5 cars on the lot, he took us back to the desk, took down all my husbands info, went to go check something out in regards to pricing and we saw him walking around eating Doritos. After about 15 mins my husband had to go find him, where he was chatting away with fellow sales people at the front of the store. Meanwhile he sees my 6 month old baby there with us, he just leaves us high and dry because he cannot match the price we wanted to pay. So we will go to other dealerships and drive to another Toyota (Clearwater Toyota) where we know salespeople will give us consideration since we want to give them business. Ken, please go back to BMW.

My wife and I are expecting soon, so I know that I had to trade in my car right away.
I've always wanted a venza so I went to do my research on where to buy one. I called Sun Toyota not only for the good rating but also from word of mouth. I spoke to a nice gentleman name Ken O'Shaughnessy and ask about a particular Venza they had for sale. To make a long story short, it was a friday and my bank delayed on my approval because the loan officer was more concern to leave home early that day so I idnt know what to do, Ken informed they can finance it through them and get the approval with in minutes,I wasnt going to wait around so Sun Toyota took care of me. Keri at the finance office is super nice and put me at ease though the process. Sun Toyota not only have great people there but the place looks amazing! I would give more than 5 stars, thank you Sun Toyota, my family is goingto enjoy the Venza!

Overall great experience: Jason Bulluck was very friendly and not too pushy.
The financing process was the only issue I can note. I found it a little overwhelming at first, but the personnel are always willing to answer your questions. Like in all dealerships, these are also salespeople trying to get you to bundle warranties and other add-ons. I didn't like that they didn't directly show me the price of these features with their fancy screen tables (only the total monthly payment). I would appreciate more transparency.
But overall, they offer good deals on a new vehicle and a lot of "free" add-ons like the weather coatings and floor mats.

My wife went into Sun Toyota because the day before she had taken the car for service and one of the lights on the dash had came on . They told her that she had a nail in her tire. 50 bucks later she was on her way. $50 TO FIX A FLAT TIRE. I could have bought a new tire for that. If she could have contacted me I could have told her that Sam's Club would fix it for free. My wife has had 2 brain surgeries, sometimes she doesn't make the right decisions. I think in any body's book $50 to plug a nail is ridiculous. It's a Toyota Corolla not a Lamborghini. Shame on you Sun Toyota.

I went into Toyota to try and get a new car. I had been turned down at other dealerships, or asked for an extremely high down payment. Rocco bent over backwards to make sure he could get me in a vehicle safe for me and my son, with what I had to spend. I am proud to say I left with a brand new car. I highly recommend.

Misleading way to sell my car. They falsified my Equifax credit score report to increase the price of my lease payment. I already called the salesperson who ask me to come tomorrow to find it out. As i had serious doubts when the salesman gave me my credit score, i ordered the Equifax credit score report directly and this one is higher of 78 points than the one provided by Sun Toyota.

I have never had a salesman not respond to a question or follow through with what he said he would do. I would never go back our recommend anyone use this dealer.Pressure you on a service warranty and include it in paperwork before even telling you about it.Got paperwork on service plan and they only allow oil change every 10,000 miles after being told you could change oil every 3000 miles. Send email 3 days ago and have heard nothing.

Sun Toyota made what is usually a stressful situation the best car buying experience of my life. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I knew I was in the right place. Lee Houston is the most professional and helpful salesperson that I have had the privilege of working with. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process and has contacted me several times after my purchase to ensure that I was happy with my new vehicle. The Finance and Service Department are both staffed by extremely professional and knowledgeable personnel. I would highly recommend Sun Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I will start off by saying that Sun Toyota had the best price on the vehicle I wanted from all the dealerships that I researched in the state of Florida from Pensacola to Miami. That is about the best thing I can say about them. What I got in price was sacrificed in customer service and professionalism. I was an out of town buyer having the vehicle shipped to my location, which I was assured would be smooth and no issue.
I began my car search a couple months ago with test drive etc. I requested the internet price online and was a good deal. When I asked my salesman about the Toyota military discount, I was told that the internet best price included the military discount already, despite not having any previous knowledge of my military affiliation. This was eventually corrected after several days. I initially agreed on a final price on Friday 3 July at approximately 2pm with John.
I was informed multiple times throughout the day that Rammie from finance would definitely be in contact that afternoon to finalize all paperwork, they never contacted and the salesman finally informed me about not being able to get to it around 1030pm but was promised that the salesman would ensure everything was completed the following day and all paperwork would be overnighted, because they somehow are unable to do e-signing like other dealerships do. I was informed on Saturday that they would not be able to send out paperwork due to the holiday weekend but it would be sent out on Monday afternoon at the 4pm pickup. At 330 on Monday I was told that Rammie was unable to get to it in the previous 3 days and it would be sent out on Tuesday. I asked Rammie if I had walked into the dealership at 2pm on Friday would I have had to wait until Tuesday to buy a car, he said due to being busy I would have had to wait at least a couple hours, thinking this would put me at ease, so I responded that it should have been done within the same couple hours on Friday then.
When the paperwork was finally completed, Rammie had it being sent to the wrong address despite my giving the salesman the proper address several time. It was finally corrected and I received the paperwork on 8 July and shipped it back the same day overnight. The dealership received the paperwork on 9 July, and received my wire transfer on 10 July. Getting the salesman to set up shipping was another headache but once I was in contact with the shipping manager, he was great. I finally received the vehicle on 13 July at 1030 pm.
Although I am happy with the vehicle and price, the lack of professionalism throughout the entire process was shameful. Sun Toyota lived up to the stereotypical car dealership reputation of poor customer service and lies that make many people dislike them. I was never treated like a valued customer and was even told that they were busy with customers and that is why my paperwork was taking so long. 10 days to complete a purchase and delivery after agreeing to a price is horrific.

Great customer service experience! Had a smooth first car buying experience thanks to my sales guy Pat Chaban. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but very understanding of my wants and needs. Would definitely recommend him for any car buying experience!

They do all our warranty work, but try to upsell the hell out of everything.

They serve breakfast and or give a complementary donut while your vehicle is being serviced. I bought breakfast, it was so good and the people were very nice to talk with. Tony always comes and explains things to me and sometimes not having the cash that day he figures out what must be done that day and what can wait a week or two.
