I brought my 2019 Nissan Rouge here in september of 2020. Love my car but I m giving this place a 1 star because my salesman told me there was only one key fob that came with the car and told me he would call me so I could get a second key but then he never did even when I ve tried to get in touch with him constantly. So now I have one key fob to my car and a random key fob to another car probably still on their lot. I never thought I d write a review about it but I just want everyone to know that they ll do whatever it takes to get you to leave with the car and then never contact you again so be careful.

Went here a week ago to purchase a used vehicle. After adding the numbers up they try to charge me double the price for the car. My sales guy was nice at first but when we said NO and he realized we weren t going to purchase the vehicle his whole demeanor changed. His custom service was piss poor.

We just purchased a new 2020 Camry XSE. It was a great experience. The salesperson Michele Lusardi was a joy to work with along with her manager. They were professional and friendly and right to the point with the deal. There was no haggling which is the reason why I do not like to shop for cars. Was initially very excited to find this dealership. They seemed to be upfront about their cost. They are a little over two hours away from me, so I contacted them to work out some details before I made the long trip. Boy, am I glad I did! I found out that they throw in an "accessory package" of almost $2,000 on top of their dealer fee which is almost $1,000. The accessory package is some kind of paint protection deal that I don't want, but I was told I had to take it. Very glad I didn't waste my time on the trip. I figured there had to be a catch, but at first I was hopeful that I had finally found a mostly honest dealership. But nope, not this one.

Eric and Valen were very professional and did a great job when I bought my RAV4. I know my dad was a bit hard to work with but they maintained their professionalism and helped us get a great deal. Would definitely recommend Sun Toyota to all my friends and family!

Came in just looking. Test drive a Toyota Tacoma off road with Javier. My wife couldn't come look so he let me drive it to her. Wasn't pushy like most sales man. He also set phone and everything for me. Will definitely be buying my wife's new car with them!

I recently had my first experience purchasing from Sun Toyota let alone my first Toyota in general. I couldn't be happier with the purchase of my CHR! The ONLY dealer I found in SWFL that gave a good out-the-door offer AND stuck with it when we visited them. All other dealerships kept adding fees and stuff.
But DJ at Suntoyota stuck to his offer, and within a few hours we drove away in our brand new RAV4!

Don't bring your car for service this dealers just looking to charge people more money and don't like working your business manager services make big list service payments. You car have small problems manager service told you oh you car have this problem and this and this and you see your bill payment $2000 dollars all is lies. Warning this dealers

this isnt my first time buying a vehilce but it was my girlfriends first time. i had a bad first experience buying from a dealership so we dedcided to go and try this place out. we called and wade talked to us. he told us all the details of the car and even offered to send more fresh pics and go walk out on the lot and check it out for us which he did. hes a funny guy and has a great personality. he didnt push us at all and was very patient. we ended up not liking the car we originally come to see so he showed us other cars. which they have freaking tons of. this place is like a mall. and we ended up finding the perfect one for my girl. it was kinda over our budget to buy cash and we didnt want to finance. so he talked to one of the gms (Max issac) and he came to talk to us and ended up lowering it so we could afford to buy it cash. he also is a great guy,not like your typical boss. there ended up being another problem with money andd they went out of their way to make it work. couldnt reccomend them and wade enough. thanks for making my girls first car experience the best possible.

Dealer wasn't pushy. Let us check out every type of vehicle. Did kinda suggest one over all others and it was obvious they had an overstock of that one. Bent over backwards to fit our budget and stayed hours past closing to finish the deal. Very happy with our new Camry.

TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE!!!!! I had a brake fluid leak and had a local Firestone look at it. They told me both front calipers needed to be replace along with the brake hoses and other assorted seals for a total price of $1100. I came to Toyota in Holiday/RT 19 for a second opinion and they said there was only one loose part that was leaking and that it just needed to be tightened down. They also recommended changing the brake fluid and bleeding the air out of the line since the leak likely let moisture and air into the system... which explained the spongy feel during braking. Total price was only $275... which saved me over $800!!! GOT TO LOVE A DEALER YOU CAN TRUST! Btw... Ask for Michael McKinley!!!

Just read everything carefully. Check out your radio before purchase. There are levels of entune. Read the sticker carefully. Toyota makes very reliable cars. Service department is great. I was in a hurry, didn't read everything and I won't make that mistake again.

The service is phenomenal, bought two cars from you guys and love them. however like another one commented below the no mask was an issue for me. The service advisors had masks on and the mechanics also had them on when they came inside but your sales and management team did not. There was a guy today walking around inside without a mask insight, I'm not talking about it being pulled down he didn't have a mask period. He was over by the coffee area and it just grossed me out. He kept walking around over and over.

My service adviser was very professional and courteous , got me out as promised.

I saw a commercial for Sun Toyota advertising their 20 year 200,000 warranty for new and used cars. I wasn't necessarily in the market for a car but I was intrigued and began looking at the website. I came across several great deals and started seriously thinking about purchasing a new car. Niko Grivas texted me and asked if I had any questions. We spoke on the phone and he was able to answer all my questions. Later I texted Niko asking if a specific vehicle was available and he said it was, so I went to the dealership. When we arrived the secretary paged Niko and he had the car I was interested in all ready for a test drive. We hopped in and I love it. He offered a very reasonable price and a great deal on my trade up front so haggling or back and forth was needed. I also like how he was able to tell me my payment with all of the taxes and other fees included up front so there was no surprises when I went to the financing department. Niko was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars features and was very friendly and helpful. When I look to purchase my next car, I am going to give Niko at Sun Toyota a call.

While browsing the web for dealerships I came across Sun Toyota and I m so glad I did! He was swift, efficient, friendly and so knowledgeable! I had an interview with a Rony or Romy and he was very unprofessional and rude and ATTACKED me as a person because I left health insurance sales. I have never had an interviewer be THIS rude to me. I told him I couldn t work for someone like that and I would recommend anyone to NOT APPLY HERE.

The typical bait and switch for cash buyers - Found a couple of cars that we were interested in on-line, and made the appointment to test drive. Folks were very accommodating, but when we asked for a final price, we were given one that was $1,700 HIGHER than the one posted on-line. When asked why, they directed us to the "Disclaimer" link on the web page which states that any deal NOT involving a trade or financing would incur a premium of $1,000 for each.

Called to come test drive a RAV4. Made an appointment with Mario to only be handed off at the door to find out the car was sold last night. Terrible bait and switch tactics. Do not waste your time. Drove over an hour for the agent to not do his job.

First we searched online to compare dealers and cars that we were looking for. So because of the excellent warranty Sun Toyota offers we decided to go to Sun Toyota. We had Nicholas as our salesman. He was very good and helpful to us. He brought out two different cars that we did a road test on them. We ended up taking the Toyota C-HR and are happy we did. My daughter was there to help me, Lois Parry to buy a car that I was satisfied with. We did a little negotiation on the price. And Nick took it to his manager and we got what we wanted and the price we wanted. We had to wait a little longer for the finance person, but that happens sometimes. If I were to ever buy another car or someone I knew wanted a car I would send them to Sun Toyota.

I m the type of person to do thorough research before purchasing anything. Car shopping was no different. I looked at various dealerships and Sun Toyota had the deal that interested me, as well as had the vehicle in stock that I wanted. Before arriving I spoke with Patrick P and he was helpful. Even sent me a video of the car so I could see the condition. At the dealership everyone was nice, but what I appreciated was that no one tried to force me into getting a vehicle. They were persuasive, but I got a really good deal on the vehicle I wanted. I was nervous about signing a contract because purchasing a vehicle is a big deal, however, they made the process so simple. I didn t just feel like I was just a number to meet their quota for the month. They genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy. And I left just that, happy. I would definitely recommend them to any friend, even if the drive is a little out of the way.

The whole process from the Internet inquiry to leaving the dealership with a brand new vehicle, was great! Very attentive sales staff. Lee Houston was amazing! Took the time to really make sure we were happy with our purchase and explored every option to make it possible for me to purchase my vehicle without a cosigner for the VERY FIRST TIME!!! I've been a regular with Sun Toyota since Dec of 2014 and have yet to be disappointed by any of the service I've received. I've never been refused a day or time I wanted to bring either of my vehicles in and the Mike Jimerson has provided nothing but excellent interface/interaction every time I've been there.

Via online. Received a price from Chris Meyer the Internet Salesman and I loved his personality and no nonsense car experience! This is what I need and would like in a 4 Runner and this is the price I would like and we worked out the deal. The annoying back and forth and lets meet with the manager never happened. Then the Accessories Mgr met with us who was also a super nice guy as well and not pushy at all. Then we went to the Financial person who explained it all and into my new car I went. They even have a great Cafe with top notch food. If you get a quote from somewhere else go to Sun Toyota and give them a try.

I bought a used Toyota Camry from Sun Toyota in Holiday a few years ago and always received terrific service so I went back and have just traded it in for a new Corolla. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE: I have purchased over 30+ vehicles in the last 25 years and have to say that this was my best experience ever buying new, Sun Toyota gave an excellent price over the internet right away (went to 3 other dealerships in person, they did not want to even give me a price unless I gave them all my info) so I made the 2 hour/100 mile trip, Was it worth it? Yes! Excellent people from my sales guy, Thomas, to the Finance (I believe his name was AL) Saved over $3000 from MSRP because of they have no "NO DEALER FEE" (dealerships in Sarasota as high as $799) No pressure, relaxed transaction, as Terminator said: "I'LL BE BACK!!!!"

This is my 6th car from Sun Toyota and always find them easy to deal with and very competitive. Thomas Zanios was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable in the process. Also, there service department is the only place I allow to touch my cars.

Bought our first car here... Great experience. Looking for a second car and went here first. They did not have what we were looking for, they kept trying to pressure us into buying what we didn't want, and kept us there for 4 hours.
Look at their inventory online to see if they have what you want. Their sales people have to use the same website when they look up inventory, but they make you wait while they do it...

Steve was very helpful and patient. He answered all our questions and was pleasurable to work with. He allowed us time to discuss our purchase options and was not pushy at all.

Incredible car buying process Sandy Francisco did such a good job on my first purchase I came back and bought another car from her 2 weeks later. Best prices in town so much so that I live 2 blocks from stadium Toyota and after trying to work a deal out I left and came to this lovely dealership. They are all incredible. Finance was a little insistent on purchasing a extended warranty kind of put off at first, but after I told them no it was all super easy. Sandy got me in contact with their 4runner Specialist so I could ask any questions needed (Jesse Waller) and the two of them made the deal happen. Great experience.

Red Carpet Service is what you get at Sun Toyota when Don O'Brien hands your account. I highly recommend using Don for all your car service needs. My sunroof seal was lifting and needed it replaced. Don gave me top notch service with a smile. Checked in with me regularly to keep me updated on my car services I had completed while waiting on the part to arrive the following day. Happy I switched to Sun Toyota and will be calling Don for now on.

This is my last trip here. I was told last time the wait was due to not having an appointment. this time I made sure I had one and was on time. My oils change appointment was at 10:30. Two hours and still waiting. People are super nice, but this is insane.

I was overly satisfied with the experience I had with John. He was super professional, extremely nice, and made sure I was 100% happy with my experience. I recommend going to him if you re in the market for a car.

DO NOT BUY TOYOTA! They are using SOY based overing on the wiring. It is FOOD FOR SQUIRRELS AND RODENTS! They ate the wiring in my brand new car. Toyota will not pay to fix the problem. If you pay for repairs, they will fix it with the same food based wiring, so this will happen over, and over.There are thousands of complaints. They know all about the problem, but do nothing to fix it. It's a goldmine for the service department. I am now the owner of the world's most expensive paper weight.
