I will honestly never come back here. I don t really care they are the biggest Toyota in the state. We had a salesman by the name of Ken, we think, because he talked away from us the whole time that we could barely hear him. After looking at 5 cars on the lot, he took us back to the desk, took down all my husbands info, went to go check something out in regards to pricing and we saw him walking around eating Doritos. After about 15 mins my husband had to go find him, where he was chatting away with fellow sales people at the front of the store. Meanwhile he sees my 6 month old baby there with us, he just leaves us high and dry because he cannot match the price we wanted to pay. So we will go to other dealerships and drive to another Toyota (Clearwater Toyota) where we know salespeople will give us consideration since we want to give them business. Ken, please go back to BMW.
