I had the pleasure to work with Jackie Olsen... Came in looking for a small suv. She was so nice and pleasant to work with. Usually sales people don t listen and put you in whatever car works best for them but she never at one point did that or be pushy with us. She was honest and straightforward with us..Also my 3 year old loved her. All in all when my wife s car is almost ready to trade in we will be back to see Jackie. My wife and I met with Kevin Johnson to look for a new Toyota Highlander limited. He listened to what we wanted and all the detailed options we were looking for. Kevin worked with Farris Hamdan the Sales Manager to find the exact highlander we wanted. Unfortunately Sun Toyota didn't have one in the colors we wanted, but found one at another dealership and had it delivered the next day! Both Kevin and Farris were awesome in getting the deal done! Also like to thank Robert Coleman and Jim in getting us the best finance rate possible as a returning Toyota customer. We also met with "Willy Patti" the Accessory Manager to go over all the accessories we wanted on the Highlander! He was great to work with as well. Sun Toyota is by far the best dealership to buy a car and maintain your vehicle services. This is our third Toyota Highlander purchased from Sun Toyota!!

I had a great experience with Pankaj but I m highly upset with Sun Toyota. We brought our own financing and they still required us to fill out a credit application on the day we purchased our car. At NO point in time did anyone tell us they were going to run our credit. While we were sitting at the dealership, I get 4 alerts on my Experian app that my credit had been pulled. When we questioned this with the finance guy, he acted like he had no idea why we filled out the application. He then promised us he would send letters to the collection agencies advising them of the error. This was back on 1/16 and Eric Serrano is now MIA. He was sure quick to email and call us wondering where the check from our credit union was. Now, we can t even get him to email us back. I can see now why they have you write these reviews while you re at the dealership. Very deceitful and quite frankly I won t be recommending anyone here anytime soon.

The customer service is great when they get a sale but once that's done and any problem arises they treat you like dirt, rude and brush you off. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend to anyone. When my sales person gave me my trade in back , due to not getting a co signer on the new purchase,which was not even an option that was discussed the day we purchased , I received my car untinted, he was no help in my request of a reimbursement, I asked for a manager and he said the response was the same.
I felt pressured to get a co signer 5 days after my purchase. I felt bullied 3 days after that when they said they were going to come and pick up my new purchase, when all they had to do was say the deal fell through, you need to bring it back. I did not feel welcomed in any way when I gladly, with no hesitation, returned their car. And it was so nice they left the white writing on the car along with the sale sticker goo on the windows when I gave a time I'd be there. So much for customer service. They have definitely lost a customer and recommendations. It's a good thing they call you right after your purchase to see how the experience was .
However, with no thanks to my sales person, I did get some reimbursement for the tint that shouldn't have even been taken off yet in the first place.

We needed a new car, Leslie Gray was our sales agent and she was great. The entire team made us feel at home and made our experience at Sun Toyota a very comfortable one. They all made buying a new car and trading in our old one go so well, we love our new car and want to thank the entire team at Sun Toyota for the experience, Leslie helped walk us through from beginning to end. Sun Sun Sunnnnn Toyota. Home of the two hour oil change and down car wash. Went into this location to service my truck.Came in to have a simple oil change done with my super fancy warranty plan I was sold. Over 2 hours later waiting to be told that their complimentary car wash can t be done because the machine has been down for awhile. Sun toyota... stop buying gongs and huge wheels and expedite your service department more efficiently and fix your car wash.

we love Sun Toyota & Scion...they we the most friendliest people in a dealership that you could meet.Make sure we were happy at all times.The signing was easy and a little fun, the desk had a big computer monitor under the glass top that we used a special pen to sign with, made it fun and any questions we had he made sure we understood before signing.Their prices were unmatchable and the quality was excellent, they went above and beyond to tend to our needs. When we went back for the rear wiper arm replacement at no charge they we fast and courteous. We recommend them to everyone.

After first walking up and meeting my car salesman, Mr. Youssef Malki he made it so simple to find what I liked and what I was looking for, also what I could afford. He was incredibly helpful and polite and I will always remember this is a very positive experience and recommend it to any of my friends. Last year on 10/9/2016 I purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry XSE (last of vin #80625) from Sun Toyota. This was my third vehicle purchased there. I was promised pre-collision alarm and GPS with my car and did not get it. I also heard that if you recommend people you would get $200 per vehicle sale. I have recommended at least 7 people to Sun Toyota not only by mouth but physically went with them to the dealership. My daughter bought 2 cars, son bought 1 car, my neighbor bought 3 cars and my friends bought brand new cars 2017 Avalon and 2017 Rav4 at Sun Toyota. All I received for recommending anyone was $100. Regarding my issue with this last car purchase at first I was told that they would take care of my car and fix it but after weeks of phone calls and nothing being done it turned into months and nothing got solved. I'm disappointed by the customer service I received after talking to multiple car salesman and managers from Sun Toyota to the point that since this issue I have not and will not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle there again. Toyota's are great cars and I will drive to Wesley Chapel or Tampa for my next car so will my family and friends.

Second time I buy a car at Sun Toyota. Drove 40 miles to buy there and I would not go anywhere else . Great selection, Price and customer service. I be back in a few years

So, I was shopping around for a new vehicle to lease and I had a car that I needed to sell (04 Honda Accord). While shopping around on US 19 I went to NPR Ford, Ocean Honda, Ferman Nissan and Sun Toyota. NPR Ford was the MOST DECEPTIVE dealer you could ever imagine. The old saying that if it sounds too good o be true, it likely is not. Getting in writing did not seem to help either; NPR Ford just wanted to get me back into the showroom so they could continue their high pressure sales tactics.

So you are probably thinking, if you got it in writing, how were they able to not honor the deal. Like the commenter above, a Regional Ford Sales Rep worked up the deal for me while my salesman was COINSEDENTLY not in the office. So went I went back, he claimed not to know what was said and what the write-up on the deal was.

BOTTOMLINE NO WAY, NO HOW, WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS WITH NPR FORD

BTW, I bought a Toyota. They understood what I wanted, worked with me and we closed the deal. SUN TOYOTA VERY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, and this is the third car I bought from them. Should have gone there from the start and saved myself a bunch of grief (but what an eye opener). Ocean Honda (new owners), also seemed to be straight with me and I would recommend them as well. Nissan they told me that Ford would not honor the deal and they were right, but they were also a bit deceptive in an effort to get me back into their showroom.

My man got a car with sun toyota of holiday and put a 4,000 down payment and we have paper work stating we dont owe a payment till nov 24 they havent gotten us into a bank and wouldnt work a deal for another cheaper car and they just came and took the car saying its being repoed thats wrong i hate sun toyota of holiday and they are going to be dealing with a lawsuit for the down payment and the personal property in the car

He drove me around the dealership and showed me all of the cars that I could possibly afford. He also showed me all of the benefits of the dealership. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process of purchasing my car. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Sun Toyota to anyone.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of Denise. She was very thorough informing me of the issues with my Corolla. She also shared personal tips with regard to car maintenance which I appreciated.

Went to the dealership on Saturday July 11th 2015 afternoon at 4 PM and bought 2014 Toyota Prius after test drive and it had "TOYOTA CERTIFIED" in bold big letters. Paid a ton of money as I was in immediate need for the car as we moved from New Hampshire to Florida on July 1st 2015. After 10 days exactly I got my new plates so opened my trunk to check if the screw driver was in trunk and I see it was wet on carpet lift the back covers and car is filled with water. I take it back to dealership and manager of the dealership starts arguing it took me 2 hours that too during my office hours and then he says service department is closed come back some other day I will not charge for fixes you can only guess how I would feel. I said can I leave my car as I cant come during normal hours as my office is far away and he says yes if you pay for rental car. I felt so let down from TOYOTA being owner of TOYOTA cars for last 15 years I had Corolla and then CAMRY 2011 model which I still have and drive. I have dealt with many dealers but this one was WORST. Can't stop here because on the day of delivery sales person who sold me the car said we have misplaced the car second key is it ok if we send in mail, I said sure that's perfectly fine. After 2 weeks I call him for key he says I will send in post next day and its almost 7 days since he said that I don't know how slow UPS works but I have never seen it take 7 days. Please please dont let your customers down TOYOTA

My experience working with Leroy was one for the books. I recently totaled my car and he was the first person I had spoken to from any local dealership. At first, we communicated online. He had a fast response time. I had my eyes on a very specific car, which Leroy had mentioned was hard to come across. He kept reassuring me to put my trust in him.
I decided to head into Sun Toyota with my entire family. Leroy did a great job of making my family feel welcomed and included. Not only is Leroy patient and a great listener, but he is also committed to making you happy and is honest about how he can achieve that. He has great rapport among those at Toyota too, very friendly guy all around. I greatly appreciate his patience above all. He is not the type of guy to pester you or to try to sell you on something else; Leroy is 100% for you and what you want.

Leroy connected us with Rammie Hamdan with Finance--who my family also enjoyed working with. While we worked with him very briefly, he was a straightforward and humorous guy. Again, I did not feel like I was being sold something that I did not ask for/request.

I appreciate how hard both of these men work. After a few days, I was able to drive out the lot with my brand new car--all thanks to Leroy & Rammie. My family already plans on going back to Leroy (& hopefully Rammie) for our two upcoming purchases.

I brought my truck in for service and they gave me a free loaner to go home until it was done.

Don't be fooled by the fancy building, it is all lipstick on a pig. I took my car in to repair the air conditioner. After a couple of hours I get a call that my AC is fine and only needs freon (a more than $200 repair for some reason). I told him that freon doesn't leak from a closed system and that he must have missed something (or likely did nothing at all). I told him that they should look for the leak before just filling it up and sending the car out. He told me that they did all they could do and that I could either pay $200 for freon or $85 for diagnostics (a diagnostic which was obviously not done). I allowed him to fill up the car against my better judgment and now a couple months later the freon has leaked out again and blown my compressor. What could have been a $5 leak repair found by a simple dye test has turned into a estimated $1,700 repair all because this shop failed to do even the most basic troubleshooting for a freon leak. I should have taken it to Jiffy Lube and had a high school stoner teenager look at the car because I would have revived the same expertise.

I recently purchased a new RAV 4 from Sun Toyota. The people were friendly and easy to work with.
I had done my homework and knew about what I wanted and it was down to choosing the color and a few features.
Dan our sales man showed us the available cars on lot and we quickly settled on one.
Drove off the lot the same day with loan, plates, and insurance all in order.

After seeing a Sun Toyota internet ad for a 2018 Acura, I initially shopped a local dealer for their pricing and realized that there was a considerable price difference between the Sun Toyota price and the local dealer. After indicating interest in the vehicle on Sun's internet site, I was immediately contacted by Ben Carriere. After three and a half hour drive to Sun Toyota, I traded my vehicle for the 2018 Acura. Ben Carriere is a consumate professional and a pleasure to work with when purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I were impressed with the level of courtesy that we received. This is the most positive experience in Car Buying that I have ever experienced. I must also say the restaurant inside the dealership is a nice convenience.

I purchased my 1999 slightly used Rav 4 certified back in 2000 from Sun Toyota and she is still running and looking good - in all of those sixteen years of ownership she only needed a water pump replacement, a radiator and of course a few batteries and I replaced the timing belt at every 100,000 miles over sixteen years. She has over 200,000 miles and will be a gift to my family member as she is still running like a champ! I just purchased a Toyota Highlander from Raymond Beasley here at Sun Toyota what a pleasant experience it has been for me, I found him to be honest, caring and concerned for my purchase to be a smart one - after asking him millions of questions I feel I made a wise choice and LOVE my new ride. Been a customer at a lot of dealerships in my time and I have to say the Sun Toyota takes care of their customer and is fair. Never had a bad experience - wish they had consistent employees.

I always have very bad treatment of employees. They do what they want. My car is new and has the notice for an oil change and The employee Dan O Brian say what that tire rotation needs. They did not change the oil and filter, they did not turn off the warning that is on. He never ask me what I want.

We went to Sun Toyota to look and purchase a 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser. We responded to an ad placed by our Salesman Dj. We called and met Dj at the Dealership, Dj was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did his best to streamline the process of buying a car. However, we spent 3 1/2 hours in securing this purchase - way too long!!!!! No customer wants any transaction to take that kind of time. However, the staff at Sun Toyota was very friendly ,the showroom was clean and comfortable - I would definitely recommend Dj !!!!

Had the opportunity to purchase a 2018 Prius Prime form Sun Toyota of Holiday Florida. A most pleasant experience, with a process that some say resembles "having teeth pulled without Novocain" The sales individual and all personnel I interfaced with, were responsive, professional, and non stereotyped "car sales" people. No pressure just facts and willingness to put together an acceptable proposal for purchase.

Young made this the easiest car buying experience possible not only with his ability to help us get financed but also with maintaining patience with our kids. Young sat down with us and explained everything in great detail that it was easy to understand how everything worked even to a new car buyer such as myself. We went in for an oil change on our current vehicle and just wanted to see our options. Young made it possible for us to walk out with a brand new vehicle that we could afford and took the price of the oil change and applied it to our new purchase. 10/10 5 stars 100% however I could rate him he would be at the top of the scale.

The Internet sales team were great, attentive to emails and phone calls but not too pushy with daily sales calls (like other Toyota dealers). I'd never decided to buy a vehicle online, without seeing or driving it first. However the 2017 RAV4 hybrid only has 2 per dealer in the 6 Toyota dealerships in the Bay Area, and none were the type I wanted. Javier Zamora made it easy, stress free and worth driving 30 miles to buy the RAV4.

Best experience I ve ever had. Ben Carriere, was exceptional in sales. I never felt pressured or hustled, he understood my needs and he delivered. Marcel Beltran was exceptional as well, we took his time to explain how a lease works and I am very grateful. Sun Toyota is my dealer of choice, I have bought 3 vehicles from them and counting.

I was in the market for a used car and I happened to stop by Sun Toyota on the way to shop for other cars. I met Aidan McBride and was able to drive around in a 2014 Honda Civic and saw that it was 9,850 dollars. Turns out the car was mispriced and was acutally more around the 13,000 dollar mark. Aidan was able to lower my monthly payments from the 250-300 dollar a month payment range to 190 a month. I felt that he tried his best to assist me to get to my below 200 dollars a month payment. I was unable to go through with the deal however Aidan did his best, good job bud!

Been a long time customer until today- they tried to charge my wife $160 to change a headlight bulb... it was a "special bulb" -- the same one you get for $15 at the auto parts store. Shameful.

My husband and I bought a 2019 Toyota from this location and am so please with the service and just how easy it is to get the different maintenance needed. I want to say that Roger is my go to guy. He has ALWAYS provided excellent service and just tonight my battery gave out and they were about to close but he made sure we got everything sorted out and put us in a loaner car. Sun Toyota has my business for life and Roger is a big part of that! Thankyou Jesus for people who care!

Excellent experience! Worked with Gage Alexander and Jaafar Harake on our purchase. We were able to come to an agreement from the comfort of my home. This was important, as the dealership was 6+ hours away. Gage had the car prepared, detailed and ready prior to my arrival. I was able to take delivery in a very short amount of time. This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience the I have had had. Would highly recommend them to anyone and would absolutely consider them for my next car purchase.
