Better than expected. Buying a car is always a hassle, no matter where you go. But the salesperson Charlie made it as painless as possible. He was very honest and open and was willing to show me the decent cars actual in my price range instead of trying to sell me on some brand new overpriced car. Not pushy at all and easy to work with.

-1 star from the back office person who was very confusing and made what seemed to me as inaccurate descriptions of what warranty covered. When I asked him to see the warranty in writing he told me that he didn't have a copy of it and could only provide one after I purchased the warranty. Very shady.
