Saw the vehicle I wanted online and sent a text to Sun Toyota...Within minutes I was called and a meeting was set up to see Mario Ruiz, the internet sales person.
Arrived at the dealership, discussed the vehicle and negotiated an acceptable price that both of us were happy with..
Test drove the vehicle, took it home for my wife to see, and returned the next day to purchase it.
Throughout the whole transaction, Mario was straightforward, explaining every aspect of the purchase, and answered my concerns.
There wasn t any type of hassle by him, or the constant checking with his manager, or any other nonsense that seems to be the norm at many dealerships.
He even went out of his way to get me a vehicle manual AFTER it was purchased..He didn t have to do that....He could have told me to send for one, and pay for it (expensive), but he took the initiative to get me one...told me he would, and he did.
Very professional, and In my opinion trustworthy.
Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and owner personally greeted me and thanked me for my military service.(2 tour Vietnam Marine)
Would go there for another vehicle purchase in a heartbeat.
The Sun Toyota dealership itself looks like a state of the art facility...the service area immaculate.
So when it was all done, Sun Toyota made money, I paid a price that I thought was fair.
Doesn t get any better than that...

Mario even called me a month later to check on me and the vehicle.
Great guy.
