Nick Rubio in the parts department acted all huffy and puffy when I asked for the part number. I asked for it to save time so when I called back to order it, I didn t have to give the VIN and waste time explaining again what part I m looking for. He said they don t have part numbers. When I said how could you not have a part number, he said he was not going to give it because I was gonna buy it on the internet. So he knows supposedly what every customer might do with part numbers. These people have no shame. They re let loose to do and say whatever the hell they want. This comes from bad or no management.
