My previous experience with Bhong and Ms. Floyd were great, but the day I went to pick up my plates it totally changed. Bhong had called me to follow up on my review I guess. He offered me a free car wash on my next visit. So I told him I would take him up on that when I picked up my plates since i do not leave remotely close to this dealership. Also told him i had some questions about the car and my receipt for the car. The MSRP price on the cars sticker did not match my MSRP price on the receipt. He said he would look into it once I came in. So I made my way to the dealership on Wednesday August 1st. Bhong was not there and could not honor the car wash since he was not there and he also could not assist with looking into the price descrpency on the receipt vs car tag. So he told me to see Ms floyd. I spoke with her and tried to get an answer from her but we keep going in circles. She kept telling she did not know the reason for the descrpency, and I asked her who would I have to talk to about it and she said her. So obviously I just left frustrated with the whole situation. Bhong told me next time I come out he would honor a car wash but there will not be a next time. It is way too far for me to come for just a car wash. The sad thing is, I was going to come back in a few months to possible buy a new Tundra or 4 Runner, but after this experience and the last, I can not give my business to this company, nor would I reccomend it either.

Rating is solely for Bhong, he was very friendly and accommodating and professional. The sales manager was rude and almost made me walk away. Didn't want Bhongs time and effort to go to waste. I would not reccomend this kind of manager, I understand good cop/ bad cop approach, but it was very inappropriate the way he came with it. Also made my son very uncomfortable trying to joke with him. Over all I would recommend Bhong but not the dealerships manager or his style of sales. I would rate the overall dealership at a 3 star at most. Very hot in the waiting room where you the paperwork for you new purchase, beverages are not cold in the fridge. Over all people do not seem friendly there besides Bhong and Ms. Floyd who assisted with paperwork.

I was helped today by Adilson Diaz, a Toyota Care Professional at the Sterling McCall Toyota in Houston,TX. It's very hard to come across great customer service now and days. Today Adilson Diaz delivered just that for me. I am not a fan of going to car dealers for service. However, he made my experience very friendly and fast! Not only because they have given me a great deal both times but also their after sales service is great. The last time i bought the car from here my credit was not so good but the Finance director ( Mr Rick i believe ) went out of his way to help me and get me a great deal. My sales guy Mr Ahmet helped me pick the right car and guided me through the process.

They have a large waiting area with a quiet reading room, which is nice when you need to get work done while you wait. They also offer free fountain drinks and coffee in the waiting area.

I told her to go to the desk the customer service desk informed her they did not have paperwork. After waiting 30 minutes the customer service desk at past 2 pm said they just got faxed paperwork. My daughter had to wait a total of 4 hours and I had a 9:40 am appointment. Then nobody told her where the car was located. She found the car outside, not in a parking space, but running with keys in ignition in a one way lane facing wrong direction. I purchased my car in June and have received 3-5 phone calls from "warranty offices" to try and sell me warranties despite me requesting them to stop. The number changes every time.
I specifically have a business line that I do not give out and I only gave to Sterling at purchase fearing something like this would happen.
Sterling McCall did not want to take responsibility for this and claims its "public knowledge". My private number is unlisted and not shared anywhere else.
Overall, the car buying experience was smooth and most of the reps were respectful and nice, but if I had known they would be careless with my information, I would have not purchased a car from them.

If there is a way I can give 0 stars, I will give that. I went to a salesman with a lot of great words claiming "we are family and you will get the highest discount." Trying to order a TRD PRO, doesn't make sense what the monthly payment he was charging. I then email him. He never responds, feels like I am pushing him to sell the car. He doesn't have any idea about the color of the car as well. Next weekend I was thinking about ordering the car (As I wanted that before I get married and go on a long camping trip for my honey moon), he made us wait 4 hours. In the middle, he showed up only once and we asked for the itemized breakdown. He said he will give in a min. Then I wait another hour and reach out to him. He forgot even after printing out the itemized breakdown invoice. Then another 2 hours wait, and he is over the phone without any courtesy to tell us why we have to wait. Eventually, I gave up and said we cancel our order.
I have never seen such a lackadaisical customer service where the customer has to push for buying a car. I am happy to pay "family discount" from my own pocket and get the damn car! Please - please fix your customer service. I wasted my 1 day weekend in your dealership to be treated in this manner. Trying to deal with the customer like humans would give you a better business.

We have been a customer for this Sterling McCall location for about 20 years. Has purchase a few cars from them and always have good service. Its time for us to get a new car. We were looking into buying a new RAV4 and walked in the floor and was looking at another car in the show room. David Lou salesman approached us and introduce himself. We expressed that we are interested in getting a new RAV4, he immediately tells us that due to the rain, there won't get any test driving available. He then walked us back to his desk and kept telling us about how he can only get us $1000 factory discount and no more. Also tells us that we came in the worst time of the year and apparently there is a shortage of RAV4. We have to kept asking him questions in terms of more info with the new RAV4 and he said he will give us a booklet to read. Then, he pulled up with his computer screen and start to tell us RAV4 TF, PF or whatever F........we have no idea what he was talking about. When we ask him to explain, he continues to tell us that "i can talk till tomorrow about the features". At the end of the day, left us confuse and the whole impression from him to us is that we are not welcome there; there are no vehicle and our fault to even walk in to ask for info or request for test drive.
After being treated like dirt, we don't even bother to go see a manager to further help. We went to Mike Calvert Toyota, they have plenty of selections. GREAT customer service and we were able to test drive and bought a brand new RAV4 limited addition. All we ask for is being treated as a customer and not being talk to like we are his children. We have money to buy any care but we like the RAV4 and it's quality, we are not here to listen to how much discount we can get upfront.
Will definitely not return but i do want to share our experience. I don't know what they taught their sales but they are not there to sale. Hard to find people who would just do they job like they are suppose to around town anymore.

Paid $62.55. Some of the extra charge was shown in small print in your mailed advertisement (6th quart of oil+ Tax).
There was then a $6.62 Charge for "Plug W/Head Straigh" (oil drain plug) + $0.70 gasket + $4.00 shop charge; no issue with this drain plug during last oil change.
The one one star is for the pleasant service tech that took care of me and the lack of the other 4 stars is for advertisement that needs improvement & questionable cause for oil drain plug replacement.
This gives me pause in considering your dealership for the $1848.31in repair/replacement needs you identified for my Sienna.

Beautiful truck with sticker at $46,000 ended up being $57,000 when sitting down. The manager seems to think this is okay because they are following the law and only have to put the manufacturers sticker in the window . The manager was also very rude and took the whole ordeal as a joke with a smirk on his face the whole time Pretty sure no one would be okay with being told by there salesman the truck would cost $46,000 plus had more possible rebates. Worst experience I ve ever had with car service. Brought in my car for an airbag recall. On the drive home after the service, my car battery light came on would no longer start without a jump. Had no issues with battery or starting whatsoever before bringing it in. Had to bring it all the back to the dealership the next day so they could charge me $60 to change a $2 battery connection piece. They assured me they had nothing to do with the issue that started immediately after they serviced it. We will never bring a car back here for service again. We both drive currently Toyotas and my wife wants a 4Runner for her next car. We will not be purchasing from here.

The rep taking care of my car told me everything was approved by my insurance and the tires were ordered only to find out that wasn t true. His boss called me the next day to ask why my car was still there and no one had started the work after three weeks! I finally received my car four weeks after I brought it in! Not good service. Be honest with your customers.

I have been coming here for the past 6 years. Service was excellent until my past two visits this year.
First visit, my advisor Britney Murphy never called me to keep me updated. I had a hard time reaching her and kept talking to different people each time. In the end I wasn t even contacted to let me know that I wouldn t be able to pick up my car that day.
Second visit, I ended up with the same advisor again. However I decided to give her another chance. Again I made attempts to ask updates on my car after 2-3hours of dropping it off there. She had a Vietnamese technician call me assuming that I couldn t speak English! I haven t met or even spoken to her that day! Again she never made attempts to reach me and eventually my car was left there again overnight. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient for a customer especially if they didn t have another reliable transportation for work!
Next morning, I called and got our in hold several times and the call never got to her. i finally spoke to another manager, Will Solano. He was very reliable and consistent in keeping me updated. Overall, I never even spoke or met with Britney. I highly recommend that you don t deal with her. I am very pleased with the technician that worked on my car and with The manager Will Solano.
For future services, I am now very hesitant to come back there. It seems like a lot of people that used to work there left and things are handled differently...
