I had a pleasant experience today at Sterling McCall. My visit was with the service manager, Derek Hinesley to diagnose the leak in my a/c system. At the beginning, he explained the process to me and the estimated cost, but I was mostly impressed with his communication style and adherence to time, he has earned my respect for his professionalism. At every stage, he took time to inform me of what to expect and especially called as promised. I hope my future visits at Sterling McCall would be as pleasant!
