After weeks of waiting for an BO part. I picked up my car.

I don't normally drive much on the freeway during the week bc I live close to work.

But one week after picking it up, I found the LKA feature would turn on but did NOT work!

It took two weeks before they set me up with an appointment.

I dropped off my car on Tuesday. 8-15-17. And they said it would be two days for the repair and it would all be covered under the previous repair.

They called me on 8-17-17, to tell me it will not be covered, the repair is $2000. I said I'm not paying for it, and they need to get with my insurance get figure it out. The LKA feature was working fine before my accident!

They also said will not be paying for the rental so you need to come today to return the rental and pick up my car.

When I got there to pick up my car, then they tried to hit me up for $113!!! It took ever bit of me to stay calm and not make a scene!!
